This hotel doesnot exists any more and the shockiest part is that oyo still takes the bookings for this hotel. **OYO NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THEIR BUSINESS IN INDIA**

It is worst place. Do not go there. Manager is very rude and fighting with customers. He has thrown me and my family on street even though i was having booking from goibibo.please avoid.

Worst ever, never visit, despite bookings, they deny accommodation. Disgrace to the hospitality industry.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I booked this oyo property but the owner denied boarding. He asked me to cancel the prepaid oyo booking and pay him more than double price. If not then leave the property ASAP. I was on the road for one hr no help from OyO. Next I booked another hotel. So it is up to you whether you want to be on road or. FYI: the guy also has another oyo number of the same property.well OYO does not care whether you are in hell or in heaven as long as you paid them.

Rude staff.most worst hotel I have ever seen. I confirmed by call. Oyo WhatsApp reply and Oyo Ivr.evening when I reached the place they are not opening the lock.and saying room not available. I try to talk to them they are using bad language and not letting me checked in. Pls request you all don't book this hotel. Otherwise u have to face same problem.

One of the worst Oyo stay I have stayed yet, plz to request Oyo group plz unlisted this this residency, there are so many complaints I can't say everything in the review section, but it is my earnest request to unlist this property as soon as possible.

Nice behavior of the staff. Easy Check-in & check out option. You can pay through e- payment. All amenities are available. They are providing wifi, tv, complimentary breakfasts in free of cost. Nowadays security is a much more important issue. Their stair gate is 24*7 closed. You have to call their staff on intercom before leaving. Very good condition of the room. Hygienic & clean toilets. The bedsheet was very clean. Healthy breakfast service. I ate bread & jam. The atmosphere was very cool & silent too. The air conditioner was working properly. On the other hand, you can't find that residency. There was no poster or advertisement in the front. Search house no to find this restaurant. Good room, clean and spacious with a.balcony. But you are bound to too many restrictions. Gates are always closed.so, you have call the manager everytime to go out or come in. Staff means nothing here except one old man managing everything. Room is in an apartment and no water is provided for drinking. You have to ask owner to get water bottles for you@25rs per litre of bottle.you have only 2 options for breakfast: one bread omlette and other was poha. You cant eat anything inside room, you have got to the dining hall.

The property manager was very professional. He made the stay wonderful. On my request he had ordered my dinner from his app, as I don't keep apps on my phone. Heartfelt thanks to him. Mohan, the service boy, had gone an extra mile to greet appropriately everytime we had met. He always had a charming smile, loved it.
Not a single water bottle was complementary, which has amazed me! The property does not provide purified drinking water, which is again an absurd!
Oyo must take note that the property charges GST on MRP of the packaged drinking water and that is against the law.
The property is very well maintained, and very aesthetically decorated.
I didn't take the complementary breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

There are many disappointments of staying here. Firstly, there is no name plate and you have to struggle around to find it. The room appears spacious with an attached bathroom but the air conditoner fitted inside never works and feels quite suffocated. The owner lacks humanity and is very rough with his behavior towards the customers.

Mainly, they don't serve you a single drop of drinking water free of cost. Many times we were very thirsty but they asked us to buy water bottles from them. Even if the breakfast is included as a single meal, they don't serve you water with breakfast also.

Now coming to Breakfast, they just served something very horrible. At the first day they served raw bread and omelette. Second day, they bought a single packet of maggi and divided it into two bowls for us. So this is the condition of their included breakfast service. If you have to go out in the morning urgently and you request for early breakfast, they deny very rudely like "you have to go empty stomach, we cannot help it ".

Moreover, the owner is very rude, aggressive and has no humanity towards his customers.

Very bad experience of being here.

Worst. Even thay do not deserve a single star. Very bad behaviour. The man out there is really imsolent and bad chracter. Never try to book this place

I am really disappointed with this hotel. Condition of rooms and environment is good but behavior of the staff is very bad. They took extra charge for water and when I asked for a bill, first they refused and then they just gave me a hand written bill and manager told me you have to pay this. In future I will not prefer this hotel anymore.

Just worst oyo hotel ever. The stuff is so much rude in behaviour. He Just don't have any basic manner. Worst man ever. They don't even allowed us to wait in the waiting hall. This Hotel is good but there is only one staff and you have to call him even if you want to go outside.

Worst hotel. Hotel staff is so rude. The owner was drunk while check-in. Absolute worst behaviour. Place is full of dogs.both outside and also inside it seems.even a single star rating is too high
