Just OK, price wise is costly not budget friendly, rooms are small, service is good and safe place to stay, but far from the market area, mostly occupied by Apollo hospital's patients relatives.

Good contemporary hotel. Rooms have all basic amenities. Service is professional. Restaurant looks upscale. Overall a good business hotel. Rooms are little small in size but interior well managed.

At first I thought it was a very good hotel, but the second time I came here, the whole experience changed! They used to give chocolates every night, but they are not giving. It is also written that every day 2 mineral water bottles were to be given in every room, every day.

This review is just based on our experience with the hotel, others may have a different or better one.

V reached the hotel at around midnight after traveling whole day from a totally opposite part of country. There was some confusion at the reception desk and I felt that the person there could have been more helpful rather than just making us wait. Finally v got to ur room, after spending may be 35-45 min at the reception trying to make them understand.

Our first impression of the room was that it's good but when the porter moved our bed, dust bunnies and dirt worth a year was still under it. That's when I started noticing the room carefully, the room was very dirty, like the top of the curtains, behind the chair, etc. Bathroom door was broken.

Point is for a hotel that charges 3000 RS per night, this is not what you accept. The good thing was that most of the staff was helpful and polite. Maybe we got a bad room, may be there r better rooms there.

Anyways for us, it was not worth the money we spent.

We will definitely not recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Good budgeted hotel but need to improve on the cleanliness and service. What is shown online should be matched as per customer experience.
Good for people who are looking for a hotel for a short stay near airport, malls like mani square and City centre and slat lake stadium with easy access to nearby hospitals like appollo and others.

Hotel was good but not worth the money. I paid 3500 for a night. The hotel lobby was stinking of damp. Breakfast buffet was ok not great

Good property near Salt lake metro station and next to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata. Nice and clean environment, good restaurant and om wide road. Very professional approch towards customer!

Average hotel. Okey for a short stay for business. Food quality is just fine. The maintenance and cleanliness is poor
