Very polite behavior from the staff.
The only issue is there they don't provide free water.
You gotta purchase the water!

Room service is nice staff behaviour is good location is good enough wonder full experience in this hotel.

Third Class Hotel and Hotel Stuff. Very dirty room, atmosphere and bathroom. I recommend not to choose this hotel to stay. They demand extra charge for AC and breakfast, while AC and breakfast included while booking via OYO App.

The only problem i ended up facing here was they were extremely noisy at night. They were literally breaking things at night. I stayed with my mom and it was kinda scary. Rest the room was good for the price.

The one star is for the location it's in main city of Kolkata but others are worst than I would think. The worst restaurant with worst room service and for women and children it's not a safe place. The staffs drink daily at night so too much worst room service and their manners were worst than expected pls don't go there otherwise they will loot you

When I book this property through it's showing AC is included but they told me they will not give me ac. If I want ac then I have to pay extra. Very bad experience.

If you want cheaper but neat rooms then this is the one.
But location is bit inside so can will take that much money.

Rooms are dirty. You will have an intercom as a toy. Curtains with full of dirt. You cannot walk after 11 in front of the hotel as if you are under 15 and living in your house but I donno why they ask money to stay if it behaves like a home.

I booked the room by Oyo app and paid online there but when I reached there for check in hotel owner told me that you paid online Oyo request room from Oyo I will not provide room and make hot discussion. After that I called oyo customer care they hold my call around one hour but don't give any resolution. I was with patient so that I paid cash money also due to urgency.but I think property owner and Oyo Team making froud with customer

Worst service ever. Dirty room, rude behaviour, takes ac charges but refuses to use it.they switch off the lift all the time.most of the switches don't work.have no dustbin in the room.the toilet was dirty.tv wasn't working. I've faced the worst experience ever in a hotel.

The price showed 1200/- but I wanna pay not more than 300/- We were told that they cannot provide us AC rooms at the price we booked through OYO that was 608/- even though we opted at the said price. While checking in just before 10pm, he made us aware that he can cancel the booking if he wishes but because of the late hours he would allow us but without the AC. We agreed to it but the room was pathetic. Dirty bedsheet and pillow covers, blanket cover had stains, Although after complaint they gave us only the blanket cover and said the other things had been changed before our arrival. We spread the blanket cover over the bed that was somewhat clean. Neither we used pillow nor the blanket. It was a nightmare experience, couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes.

I had booked through OYO, please don't go with as per advertise because guest house having No AC, No TV, No Intercom, room and washroom was very much dirty, most of switches are not working, walls color are in broken condition.

I am sure all those who gave a 4 to 5 stars are paid to give good reviews, i am actually lost of words to describe how dirty and filthy this place was. And we were charged 1300 for a night, The guy at the reception said they were not in OYO app anymore which was a lie.

Excellent experience here! The rooms are clean, air conditioned, has free wi-fi and so on! The service is excellent, great behaviour from the associates. Affordable rates and enjoyable to stay. You can get Uber or toto anytime from here.

Good experience very good staff composed on special thank to narendra mondal dada and Rajiv bhai. Mondal for staying wake up in the night to recieve me in for a patient admitted in RN TAGORE HOSPITAL FOR ROAD ACCIDENT WHICH UNFORTUNATELY HAPPENED ONE DAY PRIOR TO SARASWATI PUJO. We official collegue had to immediately get him admitted to this hospital concern, so this is the only abode for us near to the hospital. One again one special thank you the hospital facility and Mondal dada for keeping my identity adhar card intact with him and informing me that I had left the same with the hospital reception. Ragivh bhai servicing the without sugar tea and liquor tea at regular intervals with digestive biscuits. Great service.
But the service could still be made better if it includes.
1. The morning breakfast which was always there with the oyo service as breakfast serves your entire morning.
2. Little bit of cleanliness should be maintained along with the toiletries which was served to every customer going for this service since it's near to the Hospital you cannot expect the cx will carry these along with him/her.
3. Replacement othe bedsheets and the bedcovers along with a jug of lukewarm water and TV should on, since a cold day no ac accepted but if there is a room heater with geyser warm water is provided for the night entry of the cx that would be awesome.
4. Roomfreshner take it as a advise for the above keypoints it would really improve on the cx response on a wider level, though in the vicinity of the hospital but worth the amount spend on the same.
5. Would love to refer my friends/collegues/take parents if anytime go in for the hospital visit.

Food price is way too high. I took rice, vegetables, daal and egg curry in dinner. They charged 170 INR for that. But, I took the same food outside restaurant and it cost only 60 INR. During my stay of 3 days, no room cleaning service was provided. Only good thing about the hotel is somewhat good decoration.

Good rooms, quite good service at an affordable price.
The hotel is also in vicinity to the bus and taxi stands which is also helpful.

Apan hotel is awsome the hotel is clean the manager is friendly the staff are very fast every thing in this hotel is best of the best hotel.i ever have visisited in this area.

Best place in Mukundapur at low price. Rooms are really look like deluxe.good Service. My family are love to stay here.

Horrible experience! The hotel manager told is they haven't received money from OYO for more than 2 years, so we have to pay in cash. After this, the staff support was also worst. The mattresses are not aligned in correct manner, and we've settle with no solution. Towels and sleeping covers are not washed the bathroom was badly maintained. Not meant for travelling people.

Room is clean at arrival but during your stay no-one will come to clean or changing the bedsheets even if you request. Reception guy is like your more than boss very rude and unfriendly.

All are good except kitchen & power backup. In oyo app kitchen & power backup facilities are shown but apan denied to provide this.
