OYO 37334 Hotel Happy

I am using services since 3 years, quality of service is very good and charges are reasonable.
Recommended friends they also happy with service.

My booking price online pay with extra charges reception staff.bathroom, bed, room r not clean. No TV channel

Pathetic. Ac not working properly. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and too shabby. When asked for room change they denied. Worst ever stay option. Also pillow covers are torned.

Though we had booked OYO89261 Happy Hotel for one night but after reaching found out there was no Happy Hotel of this OYO number. Finally I visited OYO 37334 Happy Hotel and found out my room was booked there.

Booked room from oyo, when i reached at the hotel they denied from check in because of cheeper price, told me to contact with the oyo for this. Oyo gave me this room for rupees 400 but they told me u have to pay the extra amount as the room price is 1000.

Does not know anything about customer satifaction, only care about looting the money from the guest, do not go to this hotel, unsafe for the couple

Budget hotel for waiting for flights, they didn't charged much so cannot say things are bad.

Zero star… the bed sheet was not clean and the bathroom was not in a condition to use. Rude staff…

Very poor atmosphere, cold shabby unclean rooms. Booked through Oyo and the rooms shown there were completely different from the actual one, which was very small and the bedsheet was dirty, and i found out multiple female hair strands so expect zero cleanliness. And blankets were yellowish and dirty and somehow stuffed into a wall cabinet without folding. Don't recommend at all. Worst.

I had book the hotel through OYA and had reach the place at 9.30 morning it was found that my booking was from 12 i had requested that i will sit in the reception for some time but they told you cannot sit there. I had to give to give Rs 250 extra then. When i entered the room there was a dirt a yellow color on the Pillow. When asked the concern person in the reception he said it is washed and i showed him its not washed and the stain is removed by my bear nails. I checked out of the hotel in evening and return to my home back from Kolkata. Even though the manager was good but the old fellow who was in morning was rude and he didn't knew about the hospitality to be given to customer

बहुत ही अच्छा Hotal है, वहां का सभी लोग बहुत ही अच्छे है। और साफ सफाई भी बहुत ही अच्छा था।

Nice room.well maintained and having all required facilities.it was really home away from home. The receptionist named bagi g was very polite and professional.would like to visit again in future.

Hotel overall good, clean, room spacious enough, washrooms clean with hot water. Good for couples also.
Only one thing which i experienced was worst, the service boy, has too much attitude and wont listen to you. I got a dirty blanket which i told him to change. He told we dont have extra blanket and will not change and went. I had to sleep without blanket.

Service is good but room is so small and mosquitoes are a big issue. Food quality is neutral.
