OYO 4219 Ratnakar Residency

Very nice Hotel room, cooperative people.
But the WiFi provided by them is not working. After all Hotel was marvelous and owner of hotel was helpful.

Ratnakar residency did not accept online payment. And please don't expect early checking even room is available they will charge extra lodging for early check-in. Staff is not cooperative they were lying so many times if you want to take help

Budget hotel. Serve d purpose of visiting for Visa office. Good breakfast, short in staff but adequate to manage well. Located in residential society, so easy access to all food shops n mall on walk.

Early chekin price was 30% of room rent and calculated on some random fare rather than the room rent i paid. It was 3 times. Thus The early chekin charge i paid was almost same as the room rent i paid.

Awesome hotel. Rooms were clean and exactly like the photos. Check in was very easy and hotel staff behavior exceeds all expectations. Location is a bit hard to reach or find.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. We stayed here for five nights. The man who manages everything is a very nice guy from Bihar. His name is Chandan. He is a very hard working man and immediately addressed all our requests and problem that we brought to his attention. The breakfast is Luchi Torkari or Parotha Sabji or something special every morning. Thank you for the great hospitality.

This is the worst hotel to stay in.
Uncooperative staffs, fraud pictures of the room & unserviceable amenities are some of the features of this hotel.
I booked a 4x suite room, but the receptionist alloted me a saver x room with neither the Ac nor the Tv working.
The washroom also had taps which were broken, the flush was not working & most importantly no safety at all. The Windows of the washroom was also broken for the outsiders to peep in.
The lift was barely working at times.
The most indecent staffs.
They cancelled my original booking, without my permission, which was for approx 1100 nd then made a new booking for the same room at a higher price of 1600.
The oyo incharge for this property too was not at all cooperative.
If there had negative ratings, I would have certainly given it a -100.
I think people who write in favour of this hotel are paid for, because after staying here, I can bet that it's impossible for one to give more than 1 star.
