OYO 42659 The Ruby Inn

This is the 4th time i visited and the only issue is AC. The ac doesn't work good in most of the room. Very dissatisfied.

Very good hotel, staffs behaviour are so good and helpful, they behaved very well and polite, nice place, best for couples

Worst experience oyo took half of room charge and when i reach they ruby inn dint accept my reservation and told me they don't accept from oyo. And they said if u want to stay you have to pay their charges. I was not refunded from oyo. Never go their. Ruby inn play by their terms.

Excellent Room service. Neat & Tidy Room with Clean Bathroom. 1Min walking distance from Ruby More.

It was horrified when you go for check-in and someone say that he was not accepted the online booking and no room available this time, at midnight with two kids, it was very much disturbing.for me I don't want to give any star it was just zero 0

Staffs are so polite and well behaved.got nice service from them.rooms are cleaned before check inn.

I would like to mention few names, Amit, Shoshanko, and Shombhu their is from bottom of their heart. I wish them all the best.

1st I want to say this hotel is just awesome. Staff members r very very polite and very helpful. Room price is quite affordable. Room are very open and very clean. Food are awesome simply very good. 5 start a not enough. Thank for your service.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are almost good and clean. But they are very spacious.

Food was good. But the breakfast was repetitive. Though food was tasty.

Food was ordered from a different place and given in the room. So it takes a lot of time.

Rooms were good, linens were almost clean though had some minor stains on the bedsheets.
Washroom were clean.
Staffs were polite and well behaved.
But the room service was a bit slow (which can be easily improved)
Hotel is located in a good area very close to Ruby and Fortis, also close to acropolis mall.
They don't have any restaurant.
Booked room through Oyo and selected Meals but the actual meal (which was good) was different from Oyo listed menu.
Overall it was a good stay.
Will surely consider to stay again.

The room given at first was very small, smelly and dirty. Which was not what we paid for. Later on they switched us to our desired and paid room after a quarrel. Not looking to stay again.

I had visited there and stayed there for so many times and I really liked the rooms well. The rooms were clean enough and personally I like rooms which has more windows and openly environment despite of the presence of an AC. Over all I had great experiences every time I visited there, infact I would say best among all the other OYOs I have visited so far

BEST PLACE TO STAY WITH YOUR LOVED ONE. STAFF IS GOOD. AND ALSO POCKET FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. IF U WANT TO BOOK GO FOR IT

Really loved my stay here. Extremely well behaved staff with quick and efficient room service. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Whenever I asked them for a service it was done within 5 minutes. The location is just marvelous, right near Ruby more and GST Bhavan, the rooms were average sized but very well decorated and maintained. Would love to go back here. The behavior of the staff is just wonderful. They welcoming, polite, respectful and friendly.

Best Oyo in ruby Kolkata. Room Are nice and clean friendly staffs and a very cheerful environment.this is best Oyo hotel I have every seen. Highly recommend

Cheap stay for couples but lacks a bit of maintenance, nothing that should get in your way of sleeping off the night for cheap but nothing to take a day off and stay at
