Nice stay.clean hotel.they serve homemade like food.you have to order the food in advance.they serve in the dining space available in top floor of the hotel.it is also known as palms inn guest house.very decently located.near ice skating Ballyganj.they have rooftop small garden

This is fake hotel/guest house, had booked a stay there payed Full amount. Still they refused to host me saying they don't have any room available, and I was left wandering there at 1 AM. The manager is so rude that he didn't even come down to meet me, conveyed it by some security guard. Guys never ever book any stay there if you don't want to experience what I did today.

The saddest part of my visit was that I was not even allowed into the rooms despite having booked 3 days in advance and having made full payment online. The reason offered: we don't accept online payment. Upon asking for the same in writing so that we can get a refund, we were refused out right. And the best part was them doubting the relationship between me and my wife as she did not get her surname changed to mine and lacked the conventional signs of marriage that a Hindu woman 'must' carry. I even resorted to showing the guy in charge, marriage pics from Facebook. Only then did he believe that we were a 'legally married' couple and not people looking for a casual f@ck! Several calls to and from customer care did not get me a room. The pettiness and disregard for rules from the establishment was a really harrowing and enlightening experience for both me and my wife. We will surely think twice before going for any Oyo rooms across the country for any of our future trips. Thumbs down is insufficient to express what we feel about the whole shabang. They should allow us to give negative (-ve) ratings, literally.
