Location wise best, river facing resort. From your room you can take view of Ganges. I have visited this property on 2023. Rooms are good in size and river facing.
Pool side and garden area is awesome.

This is my worst experience in a resort. I stayed there with family and friends for 24 hours, in that span time, there was no electricity for almost the half of that. The management charged for AC service, though they only provided AC for only few hours to us, instead the management was more eger to switch off the AC without informing their guest. Maintanence of the whole property is the worst it can be. I was forced to change my room because of water logging from the bathroom. All the accessories of resort is terribly maintained. The swimming pool was extremely dirty, it's clear no maintenance is done ever. During my stay a group of 15-20 young men and women checked in on and around the evening and all of them were in the pool till almost 2 am in the night, they were constantly creating caous which was disturbing for all other visitors, but no action was taken by the management in spite of complaining. I was almost trapped to be in this kind environment which I never expected. The worst part is if you complaint regarding anything, the management will dodge you solve that and moreover the behaviour of the staffs are extremely bad. Overall I will suggest no one to be in this place for even an hour.

Water of swimming pool is very dirty.they put no effort to clean it. Water is stagnant and foul smelling. Even dirt is floating all over water. They have no pool hygiene rules.
Overall property is good but very poor maintenance. Rooms and toilets are also very dirty.

This hotel is situated at the Ganges river bank near Falta, West Bengal. Road from Kolkata is little congested and in some places bumpy.

Not bad at all.but some sign of unprofessional attitude was there in every employee and according to the rent rooms could be more organised.lac of proper maintenance was visible in rooms, mainly in bathrooms.

Rooms are not well maintained. Stinky bathrooms. Ac is working very slowly. U won't be getting any remote for ac. Tv is a computer monitor of clarion 15". Only view is good and u can boat ride on ganga for rs. 300 only for 15mins. Boat ride is done by local fishermans and to ride on boat u have to go thru very wet mud ur shoes will get full muddy. At evening u will get bored as there is nothing to do at evening. Swimming pool is very dirty as people drink beer and eat snacks while swimming and drop beer can and food in pool and nothing objections are thre frm management. Food quality is mid level but rate is high. Management is fair. Don't take suite rooms as they are very hot and ac doesn't works nicely and no ceiling fan in suites only 1 wall fan. Overally day tour is Okiesh.

A nice hotel with modern amenities. The location is nice. It's in front of Ganges. The rooms are river faced. They have a good hygienic restaurant.

Excellent location on the bank of River Ganga. However room service and maintenance are very poor.

Nice place for marriage ceremony. Distance from kolkata is near about 2: 30 hr. And road is nice but due to busy in nature it takes very long time to reach there.

Nice resort at an exotic location in Falta riverfront. The confluence of an irrigation canal and the Ganges can be seen here. Boat ride at the Ganges is also possible. The sunset can be easily viewed from the resort rooms itself. All the rooms are river facing. The restaurant also serves exclusively well cooked Indian, Chinese as well as Moglai dishes. The resort provides a wonderful outing for one or two days just 50km away from the heart of Kolkata.

The rooms are not well maintained, but the food is just awesome. The swimming pool and lawn was very clean. Overall service was good.

This is a very good and budget hotel at Falta located just HOOGHLY river side, South 24 parganas.

Ac was not working, no geyser and hot water facility in bathroom, different room was given other than the one promised, bad smell from bathroom, some lights were not working, wifi was not working, the regulator of one of the fans was not working and the wired phone inside the room was not functioning. They haven't given any compensation for that. But behaviour of staffs were good.

Ritz Riveria is awesomest riverside resort one can get at the lowest price. The hotel stuff was also really helpful in every way. With OYO offers, 2 bedroom suites come at 2000.there is greenery all round, a clean Swimming pool, and at 400 or 500, one can move around the majestic Ganges in a boat, aanndd cherish the beautiful Sunset and evening lights. ️️

Nice place for a day trip or a night stay. They serve Bengali food which is good. I didn't order for any other cuisine so I cannot comment. The rooms are very big and you can see the river from the room.

Rooms are very unhygenic, all amenities are very dirty, Spider nets are there in the rooms hence I won't recommend this property at all. Comment date 4th October 2019.

Great location of the hotel, staffs are helpful but the rooms are not up to the mark, lack of maintenance.
The food quality and quantity is good, very tasty and reasonable price as well.

Nice property with good service. We booked 11 rooms for 24 persons, friends and families. Food is good, no complaints on service. Rooms need little renovation. There were small problems (ac not cooling, water leakage, curtains were old and smells bad), all of them were taken care of once we called them.
Its just beside the river, and all rooms have river view, which is really great to allocate rooms when you go in big groups.

The property is nicely located, good courteous staffs, nice food. But there are many maintenance issues those should be taken cared off. In our room buthtub was faulty, telephone shower was not working, comode flush was not working. Still a nice weekend place to visit keeping the staff quality in consideration.

Simply brilliant. Ideal for weekend relaxation. Room, Food, Pool, ambience praiseworthy and comfortable.

We visited this place 1st week of July 2019. Our experience is mixed. Location wise the property should get a 5 star. But I'm taking away two stars because of it's maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms are with good view of river, but not well maintained. The couches in the rooms were not clean. Bathtub in the bathroom was broken. The swimming pool is not clean at all.

I would like to revisit the place, if they renovate the rooms and maintain the swimming pool.

সবচেয়ে বাজে পোষ্ট অফিস এই অঞ্চলের. স্টাফ রা মানুষ কে শুধু হ্যারাস করে. চোখের সামনে পার্শেল দেখতে পাচ্ছি অথচ স্টাফ দাঁড় করিয়ে রেখেছে. চা খাচ্ছে. সরকারের উচিৎ এই সব মাল গুলোর মাইনে কমিয়ে দেওয়া. পোষ্ট অফিসে বসে নিজে কে একজন হয়ে গেছি মনে করে.

PROS- Fantastic location. All rooms are river facing. Spacious rooms, pools were clean. Foods are a bit expensive but very tasty. My 3yr daughter loved their food.
CONS- Rooms lacked maintenance, and need more cleaning. Bathroom taps, commode, shower were functioning poorly. Though they send plumper immediately still it barely worked. With this high end price everything should be perfect.

Wheelchair facility not available. Toilets not well maintained. Swimming pool available. Riverview excellent from upper floor rooms. Suitable for weekend / day tour. Elevator work intermittently. Room service good. Property require regular maintenance.

Accommodation is decent but food is really bad. Even tea and coffee are pretty bad. Otherwise resort is decent with swimming pool etc. Absolutely next to the river so location wise, it is awesome!

The place is far off from main road, n locality. It's a nice solitary piece of property on river banks. The property lacks proper maintenance. Specially the bathroom n light fixtures. AC works but the remote doesn't. Food is so so.

Nice ambience. Pool is clean. But service is pathetic. We had to call them multiple times as the room's a.c wasn't working, bedsheet was stained, bathroom tap refused to function. Food is okayish. They should seriously work on these.

The location of the property is awesome but the maintenance of the hotel is very minimal. They could have charged less for the rooms as the rooms are under maintained. The food quality is good but over priced.

Except location and service nothing is good. Lawns and parking areas are dirty. Very few options in menu, test is not good. Rooms are not well maintained. It’s better try other options.

Rooms not clean, bathrooms are terrible. No hot water. One of worst food.my stomach to come back to normal took week time.

Lovely place. Best thing is the staff service. Very prompt and good behavior. Food was awesome. We booked the suite, great room and view.
