It was a horrible experience, or I would like to say it's my worse experience in oyo room. The hotel oyo 63269 is just ridiculous. The bed cushions are not good. Bathroom is too small. And most importantly the geyser was not working. In this winter season had to take a bath with cold water. Highly disappointed. And above that I was charged extra 60 rs for bislery water bottle when I mentioned that I would like to have water from any aquaguard. Please take actions against this hotel. No customer should suffer the way I did. Horrible service too and the food was extremely bad.
