I booked for 825 but today ive charged 1525 why 700 INR extra charged as other, don't know how I've cheated like this. Booking ID: JKKY3685, booked DELUX room but they provided a classic room (Excuse was the room is not ready and they completely ignore to provide DELUX room, (Check-in time: 12.00 PM, THIS IS RIDICULOUS), Ordered food at 12.30 PM and Delivered at 2.30 PM, TV was not functional, not provided TV remote, asked for remote they denied to provide. Most pathetic service ever from OYO.
It is at walkable distance from Rubi's more. Pro: 1.descent price.got a single bed room at 1000/n 2.location.accessible easily by bus auto.close to passport office, ruby hospital, vfs. 3. Couple of eateries avaible. Try Singhi.zomato swiggy available. 4. Room is clean, window availble, ac, wifi avaible. 5. Area is quiet.no typical traffic noise.
CONS: Room size: small No lift: very narrow stair, tough to bring luggage in the upper floor. Complimentary: no soap or drinking water, geyser not running. No option to dry clothes. They were charging 10rs extra for each 1litre water bottle. Buy from the nearby small shops outside, parallel alley. Tips: most irritating thing is the habit of asking tips.totally unprofessional.
Good for budget stay for single person for 1/2 days. Not recommended for family or old/kids. There are multiple alternate hotels in this area.
It is different from Rainbow Guest House and cheaper than that. Rooms are also better here compared to the other one.

Was charged extra rs800 for a 400rs booking, total 1200 for a small terrible room. The property manager is like a con man, he says OYO increases the price but the hotel staff ads extra amount to extract more money. They falsely alleges OYO that they don't get money paid via app and ask for more.
Very nice and clean hotel. Nice interior done. Staffs are very nice & polite, as like Prasenjit and receptionist Madam. They both are helpful. More over house keeping staffs are very prompt. Now onwards I will be regular to this hotel.
Hotel manager is a cheater or say the OYO it self, he asked for extra 1000 for room upgradation which I didn't asked for. He forced me to pay. Even the oyo app was showing the due balance of 1000 at that point, but i made my full payment at the booking and I have multiple screenshots. Even I complaint to oyo service center via multiple calls and mail's but they just don't care once the money is given.even they asked for my bank details for refund, but no response, they keep me on hold and eventually cut the calls. This was my first experience and I will never use there service again.
After pay 359 to oyo. No extra charge was showing. After reach to hotal. I don't know how they add extra charge for others. They told me to pay 999 extra. Reason early check-in. I refused to check-in early. I was left hotal! Then on 12pm i was entered the hotal for check-in Again they ask me for RS 999 I was contacted oyo for cancellation. But hotal manager told me. Book offline Rs 800 and 359 will be refund aftee checkout.
One of the worst Hotel ever been they took my money online and just before 10mins of check-in they cancelled my booking by taking my number and registered email id. I would like Oyo to remove this hotel from their app Don't ever go here. They simply try to harras people and girl.
