OYO 73390 Ms Comfort Rooms

খুবই খারাপ হোটেল। ফ্যামিলি নিয়ে থাকার মতো কোনো পরিবেশ নেই। মানুষকে ঠকিয়ে টাকা নাই এক্সট্রা বিল করে। অবৈধ কাজ করে। এসব হোটেলে পরিবার নিয়ে কেউ যাবেন না

AC, Food, Wifi available, No Television subscription, Booking on the spot will be good, Online booking will charge hidden charges during checkout.

Oyo is fraud. Be aware. Like if They will charge ₹1000 in online and when you will checkout and see your oyo app it will show ₹2000 amount pending and you have to pay that.

Very very unhygienic room & receptionist behavior very bad & rude.no windows.no wifi.no TV.they charged extra 200 rupees.and very important thing is when we check our there forcing us to give 5 star rating. Otherwise then don't open the main get.they are fraud.please don't go this hotel.

Not a good hotel
I was there a 4 night I used to be a regular customer
But day by day their behaviour is not good even they didnt respect to customer.
If You want to get insulted by paying cash that is perfect to go this property

It's better to sleep on the road rather than entering this hotel, first of all it not hotel it is scam, before check inn, she the owner of hotel will mark the booking completed, then she will give you a offer of another hotel by demanding some extra money, and in this case OYO will also not help you since your booking is already completed. This experience was with me on 20 Jan 2022, be aware.

Not at all good looking and clean.don't visit.very scary place.no one is avalable near that.

Unclean room. Bathroom was full of cigarette puffs and pan picks. Only one blanket was provided that too very untidy. AC not working. The property owner (lady) was very aggressive and check us out in midnight. She switched off the electricity of our room and asked us to leave our room much before our check out time

Total fraud, do not go through pictures provided in the images. Rooms very small, untidy, bathroom stinks and not worthy of the charges they demand. The property manager was very rude and she threatened us to give good review and comments. She even used very vulgar languages

Worst oyo. Unclean room and bathroom. AC not working. Checked out in midnight and forced to leave the room before checkout time. The lady who is the property owner threated to leave the room or else she will call local goons to throw our luggage out of the room. Also switched off the electricity of the room

One of the worst stays ever experienced. Room was unclean, unhygienic, ac not working, bathrooms was full of gutka stains. Floor was uncleaned. Bedsheets were very dirty and used bedsheets were provided. We asked the owner to change and provide us new bedsheets but the owner denied our request and started shouting at us. The owner checked us out in middle of night. At early morning the owner switched off the electricity of the room and we were forced to leave the room much before our check out time.
OYO has a complete loophole in this property as this kind of rooms are completely out of standard of OYO.

**** WORST! SCAM ALERT! ****
I insist you to read it till the end to stay away from such fraudsters.
The name "Comfort Rooms" is the biggest scam you can ever fall prey to. Let's start with the deceptively edited pics of the rooms shown in the booking websites. Trust me you'll go dumbfounded once you come across the rooms for real. It is no way comparable to what you saw online. We were greeted with stained walls, malfunctioned lights, broken doors with no door locks and horrible security in the first place.   The only person you get to see around is a sleepy-soul, drowsy caretaker who serves a yesmanship to an 'invisible' property manger (lady) who never shows up in the 'property'. Such irony, LOL!
On wanting to extend our stay, they started their vicious game of forcing us to rate them 5 star in return of some non-existent Rs. 100 discount.
We being tremendously dissatisfied by the service (and obviously the bribing attempt) turned down their deal. That's when the lady (property manager) started getting really aggressive and threatened us to leave the OYO in the middle of the night if we don't pay them what they asked out of the blue. We asked for a detailed bill but they came up with a torn piece of white paper with  "Ms Comfort rooms, Rs. 630 Only"
written on it with a blue pen.   As we refused further, the lady asked the caretaker to cut the power off of our room and rang up some local hooligans to throw us out of the hotel. Realizing the potential danger ahead, we paid them the whole amount right away without any bill, before confronting any major trouble.
The lady shamelessly admitted over a call that this is their way of doing business and challenged us if we could do anything against them.
The next morning as we left the hotel, I decided to write a detailed review so that the visitors can save themselves from their lethal traps. I just wonder how OYO is still running this property under their affiliation. This property should be banned at any cost.

If you made it to this far, one last thing I'd like to tell you, PLEASE DO NOT visit this hotel for God's sake unless you want a hellish treatment.
Wish I could rate them in negative. Worst ever experience. Bye!

The worst experience ever. 3 hour from howrah railway station.please don't think it will take 30 minutes.and no name plate infront of the hotel.it took us 30 minutes just to find the hotel.this area looks like a small village in kolkata.no shops no hotels nearby.caretaker is alcoholic if you don't believe then experience yourself.

This is the worst hotel, not at all as per the pictures uploaded. No security, no privacy and not at all maintained. Room and washroom are smaller than one can even think of. All good reviews have to be paid reviews. I changed the hotel immidiately.

Rooms as shown in pictures are completely different to rooms in real. Low grade rooms, worth 300-400 max. Not upto the mark at all.

I am from france.i never thought its going to be like family.i really enjoy the alu maggi of thia hotel.great cup of tea, i liked simple dal bhat with pure cow desi ghee.when ever i will visit india definatly i will come here.lov u Rocky n shivani didi.

Its really safe n Family Friendly.very neat and clean. The best part is its pocket friendlhy.nearby good services like big bazaar, airport and etc.

Helpful owner n beautiful place to stay. It's know the main road. Close to airport. And feeling like I am staying in home.
