Rooms are very spacious ND clean. Tasty foods are available here. No worries of fooding

These are frauds. They intentionally show less price on online apps (I can say this because the one who has put his property in the online site, would he not know at what price his hotel is being listed) like Oyo, mmt etc and once customer reach to the property they demand tripple amounts and refused the booking via online site. They take advantage of customer's Compulsion.

Hotel is fraud. I have book hotel with Oyo paying full amount for 6 nights
After reaching there with a long journey
He was asking for 7000 more amount
I did complaint to Oyo
Thanks to them they solved issue
But hotel was totally fraud

Scam - If you have booked for two person, hotel owner will modify the booking into 1guest, after reaching hotel, they will asked for double amount for two guest. Behaviour is too bad, Fraud owner - Mr Smriti Ranjan Pandey.

I have stayed here 2 times. Their facilities and the services are very well according to the price. Their price is moderate, not too much like other hotels. The guest house is clean. The staffs are very friendly and the owner is very polite. I would love to visit again and again. Thanks.

The room was modern, spacious and very clean with all the modern facilities. The staff are very friendly and offers a lot of information about the city and also i got best service. Specially thanks to the owner of Smriti Villa Mr Smruti Ranjan Panda for his politely behaviour and who did not think of us as their guest and considered a family member. I will recommend all for safety and memorable stay in Kolkata.

Worst experience. Charged extra money citing 'Room upgrade charges' and checked out the room without informing. Extremely rude and aggressive behaviour from the property manager upon raising a complaint through the Oyo App. Wifi wasn't recharged, no soap kit was provided. The owner behaves as if he did us a favour by not being 'as rude and harassing as some other Oyos'. This was said to me with an Oyo representative on the call and listening. Imagine the unprofessional behaviour and the blatant audacity of the property manager.

Worst hotel

We booked in oyo and paid the money in oyo.
After unpacking luggage and getting inside they asking to pay the additional amount. We didn't let us check-in and made us to cancel the hotel room.

From oyo we didn't get our money paid or we were pushed out of hotel at night 11pm

Be careful with these kind of hotels, you will always be in trouble with them.
