OYO 7616 Maple The Residence New Town

Very dirty, I found women hair on the blanket and used mach sticks, cigarette ash under the bedsheet, food is very bad and high priced, rent is also over priced

Nice one for staying with your family and friends. It's very nearby to the main road and we can easily get public transport services from here. Also the rooms and service is satisfactory.

On oyo app everything's looks fine but when you reach the hotel they will ask you to pay double price that is shown on oyo app.

Taking about room:

1. Sheets were stinky and have stains.
2. Hell lot of mosquitoes in Room that u can't sleep at all.

Also after not getting sleep for the first night I canceled the booking for 2nd day then the person on reception calls me and talked very rudely.

Big brother's advice: If you are going to be tricked at reception for paying double price consider going to a legitimate hotel as they will charge u the same and provide value for money.

Instead of oyo use goibibo as they are better than these fraud oyo guys.

Small rooms, no eating faculties, ac available, not complete sound proof, comparing to the facelties the amount of money they want is too much

The location of hotel is very good, the behavior of the staff is welcoming and kind and their service is also quick and good. The rooms are also decent with good beds and bathroom. Overall a Value for money hotel.

Worst experience ever faced. My booking was confirmed and also prepaid but at the checking time hotel denied for checking. Said room not available and this happened with me when time was 9 PM.

I am never going back to this place again ever. The room walls have paan stains, the bathroom is clean though, the bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty, the AC isn't working properly yet they charged me 600 bucks extra for it. Refused to give any receipts. Staff is worst. Service staff is polite but not efficient. This place made my Kolkata visit nothing less than a nightmare.

Worst hotel, they deny entry on random thing, and there rooms are all messed up. Not worth anything. Avoid going

Rude and harsh behaviour. We were told to find some other hotel or to pay right now, being a girl in a new city I was terrified. I will suggest not to book and find better place to stay.

Cleanliness is the main issue and gate closes at 11pm while opens at 8am. Outside food allowed so ok for 1 day stay.

Room wasn't good or clean.room was very small and bedsheet, blanket aren't clean anymore.bathroom locker broken.

I booked through oyo at ₹1250 for 1 night.
Room no. 401 allotted to me.
No mirror
No geyser
Room was stinking.
For bathing they provide another room which was good.
I think I book from oyo prepaid so they give me that room.

If you are looking for quick food and budget food then do visit this place. Butter Masala dosa and Chicken chilli dry were awesome.

Horrible experience. We had made onlune booking, and nothing in the picture matches the reality. Rooms are yuck, walls are damaged, dirty, staff is dangerously rude with no ethics at all. Bedsheets are dirty rugged, ugly brown colors and they even argued when asked for clean white sheets. Payment was already done and so we had to bear all the disgust
