OYO 794 Hotel East Palace / #N/A

Location is best on VIP road. But rooms are not well sanitized, clean, people there don't listen to your issues. One may call and you will be on call but no response on their side.
Beside this haldiram unit pravji was there and opp to it KC das for sweet is one of the added advantage of this visit.
You may visit by walk there.

The Hotel name display out side is Hotel Radha Kanhaiya Hotel. Room is very dirty, it is donwangraded than Lodge and charging Rs 2000 per days. They don't have room service. Bathroom are very dirty. There is foul smell is in complete room. Please don't book this hotel in any case. They don't the concept of Hotel.

Hotel management is rude. The don't cook food no couples are allowed no guest are allowed also.

Worst service. Washrooms are very dirty. Don't fall for the building structure from outside, inside it's a haunted place. We went for dinner but nothing was available apart from few basic foods.

The hotel is very very bad. No support from Oyo. They casually denied all responsibilities. OYO is becoming lame horse for hospitality industry. I had to check out due to the bad conditions and still waiting for the refund from Oyo.

Beware before booking. First check the room then pay the amount.
The very dirtiest hotel seen by me at kolkata.
Bathroom was spitted by Pan masala everywhere.
Third class room by third class owner.

Don't say WE ARE SORRY, WE APOLOGIES for your inconvinience blah blah.

Inspite that, you go to room with broom, cleaner and maintain the cleanliness in Bathroom atleast.

Good place, staff are well behaved, but food is very costly, staff not trained in Sanitisation, no welcome wishes, must be trained in soft skills.

Location near Webel more, Sec V. Nice place to stay for a night. Staffs and services were good.

Very bad quality of food according to price only staffs looks like friendly only one of them I stayed here for 9 days with 2 peoples my bill was more than 47k tea was so bad they charge more than 40₹ for a cup of tea take look they charge 60₹ for a mcdowells 1ltr. Water bottle

Staff are very nice but hotel policy is not good out side food not allowed but you can buy from hotel but it's very very low quality and price are very high 150 rs normal chole 52 rs water bottle 35 tea etc total bakwas

Manager of the hotel is an uncivilised and disgusting person. I booked the hotel through oyo. The manager refused me to check-in. He told me to cancel the booking and rebooking with a higher price. They are actually a kind of looters. Also they claimed to be a 3 star hotel (actually 3rd class hotel), but accept payment only in cash. Didn't give invoice/bill at the time of check-out. So, they are tax evasers also.

Room was spacious but not meticulously clean. Service was ok. Options in breakfast and food was less and quality was average.

Services not good, Worst hotel in night 12.00AM he told go the near atm and give cash for paying room charges. There has swiping machine but it is not useful.

The room which was allotted to me was having bathroom issue and dirty smell.so in three days i got reallocated more than 3 times atlast i needed to change the hotel as those guys were totally rude related to cost effectiveness and cleanliness when confronted.

Okay for 1 night stay. AC was so chilled couldn't find a switch to get that off. Washroom was good.

Only the location is prime and entrance is elegant. But the service is not upto mark.staf is not friendly enough.poor and dirty linens with footmarks.cigarette burns.uncleaned faucets

Good room.but breakfast is not upto the mark.also hotel demanded more money than the actual amount of Oyo.we would have to pay because the hotel is not allowing to stay.

This hotel's location is ok, but the building looks very old from inside, no proper room service and also having problem of dampness in the room,
Rooms are small to stay and prices are at some higher side as compared to other hotels in salt lake area,
Rooms to be revamped so that it may attract more guests.

Good hotel with well furnished room, well behaved staff and beakfast also good in the restaurant which is in 1st floor

It's okay sort of.but rooms are not big. Not bad also.has in house kitchen and food is good. A bit expensive.

The hotel has some cleaning and maintenance problems. As i found a big spider in toilet. Room service is good, but they dont care much.
The ac is bit old fashioned vent ac and the temperature can not be fixed. No remote for ac and got some smell issues. I got fever after returning home for overnight running of ac.
DONT EVER GO TO OR ORDER FROM THEIR OWN RESTAURANT. They charge 170rs.for breakfast fir one person and food quality is very bad.
U can go to nearby hotels for food.

You can go there if u want only to keep ur bags at hotel and go to other places. It's not recommended to stay as u can check other hotels nearby at a lower price.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, staffs doesn't know how to behave with the customers, they don't even provide the menu book for ordering food and you are forced to have what is available in the hotel nothing of your own choice, even the restroom is not clean and very unhygienic. It feels I have made a wrong decision by choosing to stay in this hotel.

The staff is extremely rude, arrogant and unhelpful. The rooms are extremely small and the washroom is completely disgusting. The toilet cannot be used as it is not placed properly.
The overall standard is below what they are charging for. Will recommend to avoid this hotel

Bathroom was not well maintained.apart from that every thing was great including the staff behavior, excellent service on their part.would love to stay there on my next trip, provided the bathrooms are fixed.
