They are scammers.they are worst.don't go there.plaese i request don't go there.

Waste of money & time, bad behavior, location very uncomfortable, price to high according to location bed sheet not fresh, and bedsheet me so many holls, wash room dirty  or very bed smell,

Scammer Receptionist. Because of the hotel scammer I was on road for hours begging OYO for shifting. After showing three dose of covid certificate still they need RTPCR report, which none other OYO required. But the hotel was ready to check in without OYO booking with their regular tariff. Request all to confirm

Don't book this hotel via oyo.they don't have any tie up with oyo.go book directly

Too bad experience. Never book Such partially working hotels by OYO. Other than that the rooms are neat and well maintained and the hotel staffs are hospital to customers and helpful but never trust them and there words.

Its suggest in a word in kolkatta if you are not a local person dont choose oyo, i had a booked my room in this property in 599 when i reached a hotel they asked me to pay 1700 aprox when i showed them my booking confirmation they are not ready to agreed i had a called a customer care they hold my call aprox 20 min with no positive reply.that was my worst day of my life.

So, lets start, first thing that we encountered was a scam, as we had booked 1 room for 2 guest, which cost us around 1.8k, but the moment we reached there they asked us for extra money, n we had to pay a total of 2900.
Next the room was of ok types situated not on any floor but on the terrace.
Washroom/ toilet was small n not clean, no hanger, no mirror, n broken taps.
Since room was on the terrace, there was No Wifi.
Room service totally absent, no one asked us for even water, n also telephone was broken.
Situation wise also located in a very remote place n you have to walk atleast 1km to get any public vehicle.

This hotel denied check in with oyo that I booked online without rtpcr (in this no covid times 28 jan 2022) and asked to book separately with 3x price without rtpcr. Even the oyo review says that hotel is for couple, not for family and charges extra while check in there.

Disgusting people, never go such places. First they cancel Oyo from my phone, then they asked for offline booking, when I deny, they force me, but me & my friends still not moving our point, then they harras me. A lady, his son and all other staff to pay cancelation charge. 321 rupees charge.such a disgusting hotel.never go. If you pay as they wish you are good.when you not comfortable with their opinion you are bad.oyo should look into this.very bad experience

Be aware If you book online. Once you reach the counter, they may ask you to show RTPCR (they would say it's OYO's policy to submit RTPCR and not hotel's policy), then they will ask you to cancel online booking and proceed with offline booking with heigher charges.

Very very bad service that even can't imagine, there was no arrangement of drinking water for customer, after repeated calls they just provide a one litre (1ltr) bottle of drinking water, and after that you have to buy, and a 1lit bottle they charge it for 30 rs. The room service was too poor. The surroundings are very dirty. I booked it from Oyo for just 599/- (which it actually deserves) but after reaching there (unfortunately we reached there around 9p.m. At night) they are showing that our payment of rs 1250 is due and I had to pay at that moment, after that we noticed that bar facility was added with the amount and said that bar facility is included with there charges, and and we didn't noticed or get any bar facility (btw we didn't require it). The geyser was not working, the bathroom was very dirt, flash of pane was not working properly.very much unsatisfied with hotel service and Oyo service. My suggestion for everyone is not to book this hotel at any cost. Full waste of money.

Booked this room through Oyo. There's a long a** story behind this. You can check my review for Oyo 92944 I've explained the issue elaborately there. Anyway, after Oyo 92944 denied check-in, Oyo alloted me this hotel Oyo 8812. Now guess what, I was denied check-in here as well lol. Well turns out they have a requirement of a RT-PCR test for check-in. You must have a RT-PCR test certificate for check-in. If not, they won't allow.

Now the funny thing is, I mentioned this to Oyo when they were alloting me this hotel. To that they said there won't be any problem whatsoever since they've added "special instructions" which won't require me to have RT-PCR certificates. Lol I was so stressed at the time that I took their word for it.

Summary of this story is, don't book this hotel from Oyo. Or if you are booking, you'll have to have a RT-PCR test certificate.

Kolkata ka koi b logh is hotel me na jaye because ye hotel Kolkata ka local I'd document accept nhi karta hai hotel wala ka bihabiyar aacha nhi hai or Jane ki bd double charge krta hai I hate this location I hate this hotel

See, don't always follow the review. Every individual has a different perception. Like I stayed alone for 4 days. And it was good. The cashier Suvo was there, Santu from room service was very helpful there. I have booked it offline, I booked food from Zomato.all was smooth.)

Awesome behaviour of everyone.i did an event over there and also booked all the rooms for the wedding and it was just mind blowing.

Management person Mr Sandeep is very polite very good nature person I thought for him only hotel runs very nicely.

Hotel staff is very rude and unprofessional. Bas service. Did not even allow to check in. Trying to take extra money.

Yesterday i book a room in this hotel they said no Kolkata locals are not allowed to book room from oyo app.in that case i check in offline mode. Room condition good ac working properly bt no blanket. Cleanliness is very poor when I entered bathroom latrine chamber is too much dirty.all latrine are floating.so much dirty.not recommended.

Disgusting palace not in proper area.so conjusted.room was small price is high. Bed is not comfortable

The rooms are average its very easy to reach the location from auto metro bus. The staff are also good in behaviour. Recommended for family, couples.

The service people are helpful and friendly however the room was stinky because of the rainy season. Also this particular room wall was damaged. We had other rooms too they were better. Overall it's an okay place for a short trip.

I've never faced such a bad experience in my life. I've paid through OYO. After check In they said I've to pay 2000 more. They threatened me if I'll not pay they will not give me access to stay. The time was 10 pm. The hotel location isn’t good & there’s no other hotels nearby. They provide us a room where dog will not stay as it’s dirty. Geyser & Ac wasn’t working. Flash was broken. Wifi was off. Cockroaches everywhere, nasty floors with muds. Staffs behaviour is so rude. There’s no transportation to move & you’ve to walk 10 min for transport. My booking was for 2 days & after 1 day they forced me to checkout. I tried to contact oyo & they didn’t provide me any solution & I didn’t got any refund. Please Don't go there, It's a HELL.

They just denied to provide room which I have booked with OYO. They told me to cancel booking and offer me to book their room offline. They simply said they can't provide room with the price which I had booked with OYO. Don't book this property with OYO. If you choose offline this is ok, all the room and staff behaviour ok apart from this.

The staff will do a scam. They will cancel your booking and will tell you to pay extra. Worst experience ever. Bedsheets are pathetic. No cleanliness at all. I suggest don't book this hotel at all. Its all a scam.

Very interior place, Hard to find by taxi drivers. Rooms interior where good, but maintenance is not up to the mark, Breakfast also.

The rooms are ok. No kitchen facility, you can order your food from zoomato or swiggy. It has a lawn, can be used for fresh air. Don't rely on GPS. This place is hard to reach using GPS. Ask local people regarding the location. The easiest way to reach is to look for Alipur New Residency.

I would only suggest this place if you have a personal vehicle. This place is in very interior location. Rooms are fine but not worth enough the price. Staffs behaviour need some improvement

Great place for couple and friends too.this hotel have a parking place but you need to work heard to search this hotel.this is just opposite Gali of new alipur residency.full privacy.

The room was really clean and well maintained. Loved it for the budget price. The bathroom requires better maintenance. The behaviour of the staff was the only downside. It felt as if me and my fiance was unwelcome there. A few kind words never hurts and a bit of work on the soft skills will resolve such issues. Nevertheless, a positive experience. Though, it can become best with some additional effort.
