The service is good. But, they are not accepting online booking via OYO Or, MakeMyTrip etc.

Their staffs are not trained at all, they don't even know how to talk to a person (especially the canteen staff, and a receptionist man) talk to a lady. At night all the staffs are drunk.if u ask anything.even water they will start abuse u. If any lady ask for anything.those drunk persons start abusing.and try to come physically closer and abuse u. Absolutely not recommended.specially if u want to stay with family.

Rooms are absolutely unclean, walls are broken.blankets are very dirty, bathroom was not cleaned. No plastics on dirty dustbeens. Absolutely messy.

They have very bis issue with the online booking and online payment. And fortunately if u got any offer.and book it with lower cost.they will make u feel like hell at the time of check in.

Had a horrible experience here. I placed this booking through an online app (booking. Com) for 3 days which included a complimentary breakfast. But after reaching the hotel, I had to pay an extra amount for breakfast. They constantly kept saying it's not possible to get room at this price. How could they say that to the guests? Is this guest's fault if they get room in less price? I got both confirmation mail and what app message from the booking.com app with details of my booking i.e. Price, complimentary breakfast etc. The behavior of hotel receptionist was so arrogant. On 3rd day morning at 10.30 am, they said no room is available today. I asked for extra 1 hour but they just denied it and asked me to check out before 11am. App was still showing my 3rd day booking. If they were having issues with online booking sites, then they should inform me before through mail or phone. But this is totally harrasment. I tried contacting hotel manager but no communication was done from their side. They should learn how to behave with guests first! Never had such experience before. Zero manners, zero hospitality and highly uncooperative.

This is an honest review of this place which calls itself a “corporate inn”. We have booked this place a lot of times and with each time the experience has been successively bad. Be it quality of rooms or the attitude of the receptionist. I’ll share our latest experience wherein we booked the room through MakeMyTrip because it offers discounts. We booked at 1300 (which is way expensive compared to the condition and service offered) and When we were checking in, the very arrogant lady at the reception expressed disgust at the price of our booking. She started talking loudly to her colleagues who were present at the reception saying that “is this even a price? We Should remove this from all these hotel booking apps”. Thereafter, she expressed doubt over the authenticity of our driving licence as ID proof probably because her Limited knowledge doesn’t allow her to know the latest RTO procedure of providing printed licenses on a paper. Then, due to the price of our booking, she intentionally gave us a room which was in a disgustingly deplorable condition and entering the room itself made us instantly regret going there. Kindly note that were many other rooms available and even the better condition ones. The room given to us had all walls with damp and cement peeling off. The washroom was dirty and geyser did not work. Sheets were disgustingly dirty as well. We asked for a different room and were given a slightly better room with two single beds instead of a double one. Even that room had dirty sheets, no TV and pillows that looked like a haggard roadside blanket. This was our last time here and we are never going back to this place again. Special mention for the disgusting lady at the reception who probably thinks that She owns the hotel and is in charge of the pricing and discounting policies. If the owner or management or this hotel reads this review, kindly train your staff properly before putting them on a hospitality venture, or remove your hotel altogether from apps that provide discounts. Worst experience ever, never going back and congratulations on losing a loyal customer.
