The usage is very good it came my fast time I am very good.but the bathrooms are not so good

Staff is not cordial. Bathroom taps are in horrible condition and Geyser is just for name sake and had to take bath with cold water by baalti and mug. Booked at Oyo for 458 and when I reached the manager asked to cancel booking and pay offline 900 as Oyo gives rent at a lower price than their expectations. This hotel is mainly used by couples typically for which Oyo is negatively famous. So don't book except you have other natural requirements

I had a very bad experience. OYO is cheating the clients by giving them attractive discounts which the hotel will never provide. Hotel is going to charge you more to stay once you reach there and if you complain to oyo then their execute will not solve the issue. It's better to not book any hotels with OYO.

Please visit this place. I don't know what the hotel was like before but now it is very good. If you can, let's visit again. It's my experience

14th January i booked a room from OYO app rent was 399. But when I reached at hotel they told me to cancel the booking from OYO and you pay offline 1500.
I literally request him but he told if you want to stay you can stay otherwise you go.

Room not very neat. Saw a rat during my 1 night stay. No microwave oven to heat your food.

They're not working for Oyo. They're just using the name of Oyo to attract people. And then asking for more money. The rooms are very dirty, unclean walls, bedsheets with spots. Roadside bathrooms are better than their bathrooms.

Before booking on MMT they mentioned that there has been printing and other facilities. I'm asking for a print of my document, they strongly told that there is no facilities for this. And bedsheets- pillows are so dirty.

Location is good it's on road! Well maintained and clean staff behaviour is good! Good food, food available till midnight.overall well maintained and happy stay!

Very very poor service.staff behaviour is disgusting. Pls plss do not visot with ur family, friends.they are local goons and will threat you with their local resources. Wish there was any lower rating than 1.would have surely given that.

Booked this hotel through an offer which had 45% off. When reached there they denied to check in as because they were saying that maybe due to some technical defaults I have got that offer and harassed us by saying that we have to pay 300 rs extra to check in as because the minimum rate of their room starts from 900 rs. So glad that the oyo customer care helped us in the mean time still we had to wait for like 30 mins jost to lodge a complaint against it. But this doesn’t end here. As we checked in the duvet covers were dirty and torn. Thereafter, the ac wasn’t working it didn’t decrease the temperature of the room at all. The behaviour of the staff was rude and more over the room is infested with rats. I had a packet of biscuit in my bag and kept it inside the wardrobe, unfortunately the zip of the bag was open and after a while when I opened the wardrobe I saw a rat running out of my bag and tore the packet of biscuits and there were bite marks in it had to throw it away immediately. The bathroom was dirty as well. Honestly, went to many properties before also but today literally got frustrated with this experience. Firstly the harassment from the staff and the owner secondly dirty room and ac was not functioning properly and thirdly infestation of rats. Never expected such degraded service from oyo. Worst experience ever.

Worse room ever to me. So dirty bed sheet was. And room was so small and so dirty. Very very bad experience.

My cabin door lock was not working, when i asked to change my room. They denied.

Bed was wet as someone poured 2litre water in there. Complained, but no action.

Washroom was dirty. Pipe are rusted.
U have to clean your mouth from the water flowing from there.

We staying there due to bed bugs i got skin infection in my leg which had spread all over my leg now and its very painful. I want my refund back.

Manager is extremely rude and his behaviour is extremely not permissible in hospitality business.

Great Location, Better Food, Awesome sevice, Good Place for couples =D! Nd ofcourse affordable.try to pay at the place they prefer it that way!

Couple friendly, and economical option, hotel is situated on the road so good connectivity. Save stay for couples. But room are very small in size with very basic amenities.

The guest house was ok with decent rooms but there were lots of mosquitoes at night. Also the food served at the restaurant was not that satisfactory. I ordered for Chicken Tandoori and Chicken noodles but was unhappy with the food they gave. Overall its an ok hotel but its better to order food from outside.

Pathetic rooms. Unsafe building. I had booked the hotel for 2 Rooms, my sister, her daughter n her husband. We cancelled as soon as we saw the rooms. The building of the hotel was terrifying and totally unsafe.

No english speaking persons, only regular rooms available. No double deleux rooms, only two persons can stay in room and it costs Rs. 1500 per night (12-12). Clean and clear rooms with led and ac. Seems to great.

Located on the road. Easy to find. Staff is very helpful and well behaved. The cleanliness is the only aspect that needs a little improvement.

"Pathetic" would be the best explanatory quote for this poorly managed hotel. I had booked this hotel based on reviews. However, I was so disappointed when I personally visited this place. My experience was as follows:

1. Bed sheet & blanket was very dirty with hairs & stains on it every where.
2. The room was very bad with stains on walls & plaster removed from walls at few places. Floor vinyl was broken at few places. The room seemed not to be sweeped for weeks.
3. The washroom wasn't exception. The WC wasn't cleaned for months or may be years. Floor & walls had stains on probably ever inch. Mirror was so dirty that I didn't dared to look into it. All plumbing fittings & towel rod were badly rusted. Toilet jet was broken & water was leaking through it.
4. The towel first given was orange coloured and wet as it was used by some one just now. It was later changed after complaint.
5. The water bottle ordered had just plastic seal on it. But when I removed it, the cap was already opened. The bottle also didn't looked as new.

I forgot to click some more photos. The issues mentioned above may not be visible due to beautify option of mobile cemera. But believe me, the hotel is so bad that I would not come again here even if the room is offered for free.

I have one request to people posting their reviews. Please be honest & sincere while sharing reviews. This is very disappointing that such a pathetic hotel is given so many positive reviews.

I am not happy with the maintainance of the property. Bed sheets were tore, spots were visible, broken lock in the bathroom. Dapped wall. I can share pictures.
Staff behaviour are also casual like costomer standing in front of the reception, the receptionist playing games on mobile.
This hotel do not take online payments. Oyo you should not mention this information on your site or app.

My experience in this hotel is somewhat not good.this hotel is under renovation.all furniture and fixture is in bad condition, bed sheets are very filthy, welcome water they served was not standard.overall I feel like that they cheated.

Very pathetic hotel, only good thing abt it was the staff. Rest the quality of the hotel is very very poor. Awful smell in the room, broken toilet seats, dirty bed sheets and dirty room. Felt suffocated inside.check in at ur own risk.

Guys simply don't go to there. Noone ll ask you. U ll be feel like that guys are doing some of favor on us. They r really very arrogant. Not accepting oyo payment. Shady place. Not recommended. Service is bad, had to wait for 35 minutes for a cup of tea though the kitchen was just 2 rooms away from mine.

Worst and Worst experience. I booked it through OYO and when I reached to the hotel they said there are no rooms available. And told OYO takes over bookings. And for the refund part, they said they can't refund and talk to OYO. On connecting with OYO customer service representative, they were also not helpful. I came first time to Kolkata and this was really troublesome experience. I don't trust OYO rooms. Please be aware people.

Situated on the main Rajarhat Road but the ambience isn't good. Booked thru MMT with early check in n The hotel staff denied and said they don't have rooms available with no further help. 2 star only for location as you won't face difficulty to find this so called Guest House.

Disgusting. Very dirty room and specially washroom. Stay anywhere else but not here. Ambience is also not that safe to stay
