Good staff behavior. Good quality rooms. Clean bathroom. Privacy good. One problem is that no Jio tower reception inside hotel room, only idea SIM works

It provide 2bhk flats with two washrooms and a common dining area and kitchen. The flat is well furnished and the colour combination of fabrics, walls and interior is too good. All the furniture are vibrant and add a touch of homely feeling. Both the rooms are air conditioned and you will also find a refrigerator, an induction, and crockeries in the kitchen. You have a well spaced dining area with a 40 inch LCD in front of it.

Although booking was from morning 12pm
People were quick to process formalities and gave me room in just 5mins.
I am very happy with the cleanliness of the room.
Two chairs, tv, ac, fridge, induction, double bed, dressing table.
Breakfast u need to go out.
Room is superb.
I will recommend this property.

Here is my experiences & why i am giving 1 star.

I booked the hotel through OYO app & paid online (Rent - 759 + dinner - 330 for 2 persons).

But during check in they doesn't allow us as they say my id is local id.

I am from hooghly & my partner from bankura. I don't know why they told me hooghly is a local id & belongs from kolkata. Thereafter i called several times OYO customer care, they talked with the proprietor but they say hooghly, North & South 24 pargana are under the local. But there is no where mention in OYO app that from these district are under the local id.

Thanks to OYO, understand my problem & refunded all the money.

Couples who are nearby kolkata or howrah district don't book the hotel as this will also under the local & they don't accept local id. You will get exhausted after a long journey from esplande or howrah station as the hotel is far from that places & there is no OYO signboard outside the hotel, difficult to find it.

On my check in date there are also other 5 couple like us who couldn't able to check in due to local id problems.
