Stuff: well behaved and well manner
Room: we booked delux 3x. Room is not up to the mark. Bed is not that much comfortable.
Service: good
But overall good as per price range.

Checking in and out was incredibly easy and seamless. The service was okay and the people were friendly. However, a lot of things didn't pan out.the room inspite of being quite spacious was very much lacking maintenance Along with the rest of the hotel. The AC didnt work and was possibly older than the company OYO itself. The room looked tidy but somehow felt like every patch of the decor was just about to kick the bucket.but not yet. For couples spicing it up, I'll simply say this - atleast i cant be on top of someone when i feel the walls were about to collapse on top of me (just a suggestion)

The rooms were quite spacious and decorative but rooms are so dirty and unclean. Som other people did spit from window and the room service never cleaned it rather they tried to cover that dirt with the help of curtain of the window.the tap in the basin and bathroom was broken.hot and cold water tap broken so in winter you will only have to use cold water.floors are very unclean.you can see dirt here and there.linen and towels are clean.bathroom was a disaster.the staff in the reception has a pretty good behaviour no offence to him.but those rooms are in real need of attention.please clean those rooms and the corridor Customer will love to stay there.
Location is very good and easy to find.
Room service should be better. Staff needs to pay attention on what customers are asking for.

Good hotel with free breakfast and tea. You can order from the menu. The will be delivered within 45 minutes and the food tests amazing

Staffs are noob. Except a few and the morning breakfast is not up to mark.but rest all is good

Room is well maintained and the place of hotel little exausted and service is ok
