OYO Honey Regency Near City Centre Salt Lake

They are doing fraud, i booked room in this hotel at ₹749 online, but when i reached hotel receptionist asked my to pay ₹1200 extra or else they will not give me room, i connected oyo but they didn't did anything.
It's completely fraud
Also hotel is unhygienic and staff behaviour is so rude
Waste of money

Over priced. They don't accept online prices showing on OYO. High price. First confirm the actual booking price and then stay or you will regret.

Complete weast of money.
I booked a room via Oyo. When I checked in the hotel they said nothing to us, but the next morning the manager came to our room and start arguing with us. And said us to pay 3 times more than the original price.

Worst experience ever. Oyo booked room and later as I went to the hotel for checking in, hotel owner informed that there are no rooms available leaving me stranded. OYO asked me to pay the amount which I lost as well.

Never book OYO.

Its complete cheating by both OYO and hotel staff be careful with oyo. Even if you have booking confirmation from oyo by the time you reach hotel you won't get a room.
Let me give some examples
1. If you have booked 2 aduts, it will show only 1 adult when you show the booking confirmation to hotel manager. Miracle isn't it?
2. If you have booked luxury room, it will show ordinary room when you show the confirmation to the hotel manger, surprisingly it will show the same even for the hotel staff.

Worst experience ever. I booked this oyo at around 700 bucks. When i arrieved to check in, the manager said i will have to pay 400 bucks more. This is what i get to book a room in oyo?
I will not recommended anyone ever to book this hotel neither to book from oyo. Big mistake ever

Located at very convenient place to commute for job, exams and education. Slight improvement in room services and higiene is required. Staff are very helpful. They made my 19 days long stay quiet easy.

After booking and paid online also, they are not allowing to check-in into the hotel. For check-in they are asking extra 500 Rupees. Manager behavior was very bad. Room service was also not good.

Even after making 1 day before, the receptionist tells that there's no booking and tells to pay the amount again.

Don't book this hotel!

I have visited twice your Oyo honey regency last time the ac was not working this time I face the same issue almost and the food quality was bit poor most of all i was charged 700 through Oyo app but staff told me I have to pay 1000 otherwise I can't stay and i have to pay because I have no other choice when I contacted Oyo support for this issue they told me they will refund me the money but when they contacted owner he said they have not charged me any extra.maybe the owner don't know what's happening, i request you try to fix this issues.anyways I will never book your place again

The rooms are spacious. Washroom was clean. However we had a drainage issue in the beginning that the staff fixed in an hour. The food however is rather expensive.
