I will give Zero rating on this hotel. It is a complete scam. Never ever book a room in this hotel. Though Oyo app booking ID is ZD4L6157 on 13-nov 1 night confirmed they will not give you a room by saying that they haven't received any email from Oyo. So they will ask you to cancel the online booking which you already paid and ask you to do it offline.
First off all very very very Bad behaviour of hotel staff they did not check me in they asked for extra charge. I booked from my goibibo and already pay online but they did not gave check in they said we did not received any booking from your name they told me that book from Oyo. After that I booked from Oyo but again he said we can't gave you room becouse price is too small call Oyo customer service and told them increase our hotel booking price another way you gave us more money. I lost my money my 1hrs everything. Very bad experience from this hotel. I apeal to all the couples never choose this hotel @oyoflagship KOL1609 hotel palki palace.
Booked this room through OYO helpline at discounts and received booking confirmation too. But luckily I called up directly at the hotel to confirm again on the booking. Upon calling he directly denied on my face for the checkin at the hotel as the price quoted by OYO was lower than his expectation and warned me not to visit the hotel with this price. Very rude behaviour. Requesting OYO to delist the propety from the portal and take strict action. Thanks in advance.
I booked a room through oyo rooms for 1 day 2 guest RS- 513/- (offer). And when i visit their property i paid through online and after they said we can't provide a room for 500rs. And then he took my phone and cancel it.then he says you have to pay 800rs. And when i claim my refund they refused me.after some time they refund me 100rs only and again he told me pay 800/- RS and get your room. Worst experience ever i faced in oyo rooms. And property manager behaviour was very rude.they can't provide oyo pricing rooms. Guys don't visit this place.
One of the poorest and worse service manager/ caretaker was non cooperative Caretaker/ manager Md.sahil was quareling with us at 1.0AM. He was not willing give the room. If this continues, In future I will convey this to all social media. Do take action against Md. Sahil of Hetel Palki palace.toilets were not properly cleaned drinking water, towels also not provided.
The hotel is not so good especially room no 201 is not comfortable for staying couple bed quality of room no 201 is very bad. There are no TV and gresear. AC not working properly.
Dirty bedcover blanket and room wall. Not cleaning properly. Room floor is dirty also. Very Interior place, for that serving dinner take too much time.
Worst place to be at. Security issues. Women safety issues. Allegedly (as per front desk), drunk guests (woman and man), try to break in by picking lock twice at night for around 45 mins. Eventually they leave after we raised alarm by shouting from inside the room that too after vomiting in front of the door of the room we were in. Till the time we left the premises no one cleaned nothing. The building shakes with every passing heavy vehicle on the nearby road. The whole building is extremely dirty specially the staircases.

Good one and quite familiar. The old staff was really helpful as we have experienced. We have visited almost 7 times to them. They are pocket friendly also.
Very very low standard behaviour, they are using very bad language, they are demand extra charge for book room, purpose of valentine's day. And also very bad room service.
