Won't able to sleep in stinky room

Clean room not available stain in wall
The bed is dirty and smelling.
I think renovation is going since one year
Price is too much as per room.
Wifi room only one available.

Parking available 2 wheeler
Ac working remote available
Light is working
But they don't charge extra

They will ask for extra money, don't go if you are not willing to spend 1000 or more for a below average hotel

Don't book any room in this property, manager ask for extra amount on the actual booking rate which is more than double. On the first time they accept the Oyo booking on low amount but after getting the good review they charged extra amount and forced to cancel the booking outside the property, which is very bad.

Rooms are good.locate at better place from chinar park.but managers behaviour is pathetic. Charge extra for room.haven't given ac room as per booking.

Dirty room, bedsheets, pillows and blanket. Also the continuous noise of flights taking off won’t let you sleep whole night. On complaining, oyo just refunds the 20% as oyo money which is useless

This hotel near int airport. Airport to hotel distance 50min by car or cab.
Hotel area also good. Hotel staff and food an all is everything is very very good.

It's a vry good place and a very good service. Specially daya he is very good. And his coordinate is really outstanding. And afterall everything is pocket friendly, it's amazing.

Manager Denied check in without taking extra 500 rs. Said, u can go and complain about me but without extra charge we can't allow check in.

Worst possible experience with no power backup, no water, dirty rooms and mattresses, Lack of knowledge and cooperation from staff. It was total darkness with no power backup. Even candles not provided.

Amazing Hotel with good behaviour of staffs but beds have bugs and dirty blanket. We face rashes after touching it. Call them to change the blanket infront of your eyes.

Good and better option for staying 2days or more.budget friendly and well maintained rooms services are good

2. Cleaning of toilet is not done
3. Seepage observed on wall
4. Staff behaviour is not good
5. If I asking for cleaning they clearly told to leave the hotel and they are not ready for that

At first the TV was not working in the room, despite repeated requests no proper action was taken, every time an excuse was given. The blankets and towels we were given in the second room were extremely dirty. Thirdly, there was a cloth used by someone in the bathroom. Fourth There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, not a drop of sleep at night. Too bad facility.

I really recommend this hotel, the rooms are good and Very clean, the location is fine, the staff is really kind and welcoming. Thanks all of you

Unfortunately I was here 16 to 19oct21, itz the worst oyo in Kolkata, dirty linen, dirty and stainy walls, bad smell, no regular change of bedsheets, no cleaning of rooms despite so many requests.they really don't care as they get business from local couples coming for leisure.un cooperative/unprofessional staff/management.staff always trying to get extra money. Fir extended stay beyond, staff wants money transferred to their private accounts? R u listening owner?
