Rooms were not bad but it could've been cleaner, there was bed bugs. Advised not to stay for long

Worst Experience of a Hotel ever. Dirty linen with insects creeping and crawling over them. No food. No cutlery to eat. Dirty walls. Broken Chairs.

Very dirty rooms and smells of cigarettes were all coming inside the room dont know from where.
Never book this hotel

Very bad experience.the owner was not giving the room that we booked and was insisting to take the offlinebrooms with extra money.disappointed with Oyo services.

Plzzz don't go the receptionist is too rude they don't know how to talk that old man. And they take extra charge why we don't know

When I reached at the hotel, they asked to pay extra as it was booked cheaper online and keep on arguing.

The room was not good. The bedsheet was dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean. The receptionist charged us 400+ INR than the rate at which we had booked on the Oyo app. That's unacceptable and unfair. The food quality was ok. Very bad location. I didn't like the environment.

Edit: you never loose any money if they deny checkin. Simply call oyo support & yell them the issue. They will immediately refund full money or else you can choose anyother oyo of your choice. Make a practice to call every booking partner before you arrive.

One of the worst, scammers, thiefs & cheaters. Forced & Charged extra money ₹1000 or else denied check in. Oyosilverkey is a nightmare. Avoid this. Do not book & suffer. They also tried charging twice for the food intentionally & a quarall happened. Totally scammers & thiefs. Oyo supports them. Will take them to consumer court.

Worst. Worst. Worst Experience Ever in my whole life. After Full advance payment through online, when we reached with my family (Father -Mother, me & wife & our Two kids) hotel's people denied to check in & told me that this is not our price, which you paid. It's Oyo price & if you want to stay here, pay 6900/- more.
After a very lengthy discussion, I had lost my previous booked total money & we searched another staying option.
My Question is - When I booked rooms, you didn't check, what price I have paid. My mobile number, as well as Email id, you had both, why they not informed me earlier.
Very indisciplined staff, which was talking so rude & misbehaving. I would like suggest again to all that plz, plz don't go there. They are sitting there with Oyo named fishing net, & when you reached there, they will blackmail & that of time, we think - Either stay here with triple charged Room or loose your money & left their place.

As we were to check out at 8 AM, they had assured to provide tea at 6AM and breakfast at 7.30 AM as per our request. But no one was available in the morning except one person who expressed his helplessness.

Extra charge for early check-in and behaviour was very rude and charge extra amount am also book online but he said to me 500 pay extra amount others wise room not available

They charged extra while check-in please make sure while you book online rooms here because the amount is different from there end

I have booked this hotel from Oyo.though I have full amount on Oyo they again charged me 400 I disputed for it then they are simply saying to contact Oyo as they know Oyo has the policy that booking can not be cancelled after 9am and the check-in time is 12 pm clever they are making extra money.and also I asked for the invoice but they have not provided it though the rooms were clean.

It was the first time where i have got full satisfaction after spending lots of money.room are clean and very hygienic.and the receptionist uncle behaviour is very good

Staff behavior is too good. But the problem is asking extra money. My booked price was 900 & I paid 1200. Room is not up to the mark. There is no AC remote, land phone not working, cleanness 50℅.
