Don't book online I just made a reservation with agoda, but they said that the hotel name and the boss have changed and there is no online reservation. You can't even get a refund from agoda. Don't be fooled

Budget friendly and staffs are very cordial. But they should need to improve a little bit of the cleanness and hygiene. This is also very strategic location for shopping as there has huge rush in this area.

Not At all value for money. Small rooms. Improper ventilation.unclean bathroom. Central ac not working properly. Unless for location don't go for it.

Place - I give 5 star, service I mean cleanliness 4 but amenities, restaurants, washrooms, floor don’t deserve even 3 star. Hot water really not working sometimes. They must improve this. Breakfast in the morning very traditional I mean only few local Indian items but service is very poor. One or two person is not capable to handle the guests. All together it does not value for money. We been here with my wife and young kid for four nights. Will consider again to come,

Wash basin was stucked and rooms were cracked not a good property although lift is available at different floors not at your floor

A luxurious hotel all the time. Oyo is now became world's one of the largest hotel room provider. I also have a awesome experience with Oyo. There service is so good. Without any doubt the behaviour of Oyo's staff members is nice. Oyo provides immediate response for your needs.

Great experience. Had used the conference room of the facility for an official event. Very helpful team members.

I booked room a month back and asked for twin bed instead of 1 double size bed.but they gave me 1 double bed. Room clean, breakfat okay. But, Limited supply of toiletries and Towel, we checked.in 2 but they gave only 1 set. After multiple request they gave another set. But in the very next day, they took 2 Pcs of wet towel and gave 1. I was frustrated and didn’t ask for more.
Any one visiting here, pls bring your own towel and toiletries

This is the worst place I have ever stayed no hot water dirty bathrooms Agoda seems to have lost it standard does not have a standard for supervision
. Next time will avoid agodas suggestion no rating.

It was a great experience. It's really new and located at park Street. You might have to keep your car little away from the hotel if there parking is full. They do have a car parking. They have a restaurant but it's not yet ready for people to come in, they are working on it. There rooms are really Cozy with attach bathroom, ac, TV and proper lights. Rooms are well maintained n very clean. Food is Good. Service is Good. It's is economic if you book online, else it might be expensive. Overall experience was good hence 5starts.

One of the most Worst hotel in this area. Rates are more than a 3star deluxe Hotel, but Services are Lower than a lodge. AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY, BATHROOM HAS A PLY DOOR WITHOUT INTERNAL LOCK, STREET FOOD MENU CARD IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN THIS HOTEL'S MENU CARD. There are more than 100 good hotel compare to it.
Pls don't book this hotel. Otherwise you will be Bemoan.

Where should I start? !? ! The check in process was tedious. Management is really bad although there are enough staff, i guess it's the delegation of work or it's pure laziness of all ppl working there. The hotel is not properly equipped with necessary stuff like toiletries and best part is you can run out of water anytime! The breakfast is not ready on time and no information is given to you about Wi-Fi etc. Only good thing is it's close to new market. Will never recommend or go back. Toilets can come across as dirty to some although it's just about tolerable to me.

It's a little far but the place is good, photos don't match the place's rooms, expect some disappointment.

Anyone can easily locate it in Sadar Street. Just beside the Fire Brigade. The Hotel is ok type. It is now under renovation. The best part of this hotel is food. Food quality is excellent. Hotel staffs are well behaved. They are always ready to help you. The main thing they have to take care of their infrastructure. Hope in future they will take care of the infrastructure.

This hotela rooms are an average. Livable. But services worst like anything. I have never stay in any hotel in the world like this hell.

A beautiful hotel with pristine, modern rooms and amenities, very near to the shopping areas of New Market. The staff, the food, the environment - simply great! Sudder Street is also a booming place for international travelers and budget-friendly activities!

The rooms & bathrooms are modern and clean ; the staff very polite & kind. Only the breakfast is basic and can be improved.

Worst service.
When I told the manager that we are going to book hotel through Goibibo he denied & lied that there was no room available & booking will get cancel automatically. But I booked from goibibo & then they had no option but to give the room.
Even breakfast was the worst, not enough & not hygenic at all

I found it hard to give this rubbish hotel even 1 star.the list of problems we had during our stay was endless
Room Aircon not working
Internet was impossible to use.
No hot water in the faucets
No water at all
Old mattresses in the corridors
Loud parties and incessant noise from the party room
No tea or coffee facilities
No breakfast for early risers
Management were arrogant and unapologetic
Personally I will not be risking this tawdry 'helltel'
again and I sincerely recommend that person's reading this review begin to look elsewhere. Trust me in this.

Rooms are so close to each other so noise are very common issues to improve. Other wise its good to stay here.

Room service and cleanliness were of substandard level but the staff are very cooperative, really they are!

Good hotel, good location, but property not maintained well, no hot water to bath, breakfast is just ok

The location is comfortably near places to visit in Kolkata which is a good thing.
But the street itself where the hotel is located is prone to jams owing to thin road and lot of vehicles parked at the curbside.
The rooms were pretty small and sadly enough, unclean as odd yellow marks could be seen spread across a couple of pillows.
The bathroom was so small that it crossed the limit to be called cozy and became restricting.

Overall, this wasn't what I had in mind when I thought Oyo Townhouse. And to be clear one last time, it didn't meet expectations, didn't by a mile.

It's a decent property, right in the middle of a huge market. But surrounding areas aren't that great.
