Place is not at clean. Feels like cheap and unhygienic. I would not recommend this place at any cost.

Recently visited this place for attending a reception party where I observed few things like very cozy and unorganised even very low Standard.

Very bad experience, they are only taking money, not provide any service, not customer friendly, busy with there talking, not understand the problem of customer, not want to accept online booking, who came with online booking confirmation, they badly harash customer.

Very Worst Experience. Rude Staff and dont know how to behave or talk. No facilities. Charged extra. Very pathetic conditions of rooms in that high amount. Zero Cleaniless and Maintenance. Very poor condition of service. Nothing is good in this property. Should be rated in minus. I give you Minus 10.

It is our best experience in this place, good bathroom facility, AC is working and good support staff and affordable price.

Worst experience ever

This hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible.front desk guys were worst and indifferent.i went with family and they have no consideration.rooms are worst quality.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy.

Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVERRRRR IN MY LIFE WASTE MONEY ON A ROOM LIKE THAT AGAIN

Even after full payment they charged us extra od Rs. 181/- and oyo did not make a refund.moreover very dirty rooms and full of cockroaches

I had been a regular customer of this hotel, I have visited almost 13 times including my last visit.
In my last two visit I had experienced bad service as follows.
In my 12 visit they provided me a room where the room ac was not working and I have to go the downstairs and report the issue to the receptionist and in this process they wasted one hour, later the blanket was found with blood stains also reported that and it replaced by the housekeeping.
In my 13th and last visit I had experienced disaster regarding room and room charges, they day before my visit the app was showing that I have already paid the hotel by cash with the same booking amount shown in the app.
The next day when I visit the hotel, they told me that the amount was different then I check the app and it's showing that I have paid again cash at 10.30 am with a higher amount whereas I have visited the hotel by 12.15 pm.
And the receptionist told me that I have to pay that amount only the extra amount is 258 rupees.
They changed the receptionist and the manager, before the receptionist was decent.
Later they provided me a room in lower floor with dirty bed sheet and a broken tv.
I reported the same over intercom and after 30 minutes I got no response and step outside to the reception and ask them to change the room.
The manager the fatty one pretended himself as a goon whereas he is just a cheap vegabond and looks like a street pickpocketer, if I haven't book a room there I would have shown him what goon actually is.
Later the room has been changed by the housekeeping.
Then again in the new room I found blood stains blanket and again I have to reach the housekeeping boy and he changed it a bit later, the housekeeping guy was good, I appreciate his efforts.
It all wasted 2 hours time of mine.
Well this was my last visit to this hotel and would suggest other visitors to avoid this property you will get better accommodation in this price segment if you book without OYO.
Later I saw in the app that my booking was not checked in and still pending for check in till the next day.
I called up OYO Customer Care and informed them about this and also reported the extra amount been taken, they told me that there is no proof that you have checked in with that booking, hence it is clear that this hotel is providing accommodation offline of their own, not marking Oyo bookings as checked in and checked out and later the duly next day they cancelled the booking bu themselves after reporting the same to OYO.
Hat's off to your business management.

Rooms are not cleaned. Bathroom hand wash besin water is coming out on the floor from the outlet. Only outside ambience is good from inside not at all ok.

It was the worst ever hotel possible worst staff behaviour, beds had bedbugs hidden in corners and pillows dirty stained filthy rooms with insects all over. Staffs denied and refused to admit their fault of no maintenance of the hotel or their rooms at all. They did not even have a plain simple goodnight, or allout having so many insects, no bucket no mug in the washroom. Bedsheets completely stained in evry room no cleaning no sanitization, corridors were filled with rubbish with no sweeping or mopping. This place is just spoiling the name of townhouse and the reputation of townhouses. I have been a regular customer of oyo and all townhouses I have visited, this hotel was nothing but a nightmare to me overall and the customer service desk of oyo too refused to help us in anyway, also no refund or help we got at all. Customers looking for good townhouse are requested not to visit this place at all by checking their pictures because they are fooling all and every customers by fooling them with these false pictures like I have been fooled and bluffed.

Pathetic ugly looking rooms.bad smell throughout hotel. Unhygienic, pan masala spitted on the walls.won't recomend to anyone. If there was some options about negative review, i would have given that

Very bad and dirty rooms. No proper light. Beds are too bad no cleaning services. Don't Book of you are paying this much amount of money.

Very disgusting staff behaviour. Customers are standing in the reception and the receptionist is talking on phone not responding to the customer. The blanket was bloodstained hairs and no soap or any accessories in the bathroom

The rooms are dirty and not well maintained. We had to shift rooms and even then the room needed repairs. The only pro is the location.

It's Okay type. Actual Rooms and the photos in OYO are polls apart in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. OYO should be more careful while enlisting properties.

Best townhouse I have ever seen the reception ledy is very beautiful and polite and she is very helpful also, Will visit soon.

Not satisfied with oyo service was told to us that this place is very good for family. But it was totally opposite it was very dirty the room was not at all clean the entire wall was dirty the mattress was unbelievable we could take nap for single sec.will not recommend any one to stay here. Total loss of money.

I would like to give zero if possible, small rooms, smell in pilow dirty blanket, delay service I had check 4 room all are pathetic, in some room water tap is not working.water seepage smell, only gud for couples who want enjoy just. Don't go on fake picture

Guys do not visit this place. The rating you are seeing is not real. Let me tell you the real story behind this rating. During check out time, the lady sitting at the reception told me that she need my mobile phone to add some kind of discount voucher. I handed over my mobile phone she gave 5star unethically. She bluffed me about discount and rated 5 star on the app. Even I complained to oyo but oyo doesn't take any action. It seems like oyo fully supports such fraudulent activities

The hotel is in a very good location, rooms are very nice they maintain the hygiene, the staff are also very nice, friendly behaviour as well as professional also.last night I was suffering from hi fever when I tell in reception instantly they give me medicines after that I was felt good thank you I am highly recommend you for this hotel.

So everybody saying that oyo townhouse is a good hotel with services so I go to this townhouse hotel with this myth. And in the room the TV was not start, not evean a single time in 10hours. And now come to the food, I order amutton biriyani, first off all, quantity was very less according to price@ RS. 270. And the quality was so bad, when I byte the piece of moton, it's bone was so soft and it's look like human spinal cord, I don't know what they are giving us in the name of motton biriyani, I personally recommend do by motton biriyani, and when we r going to check out the bengali boy receiptionist took my phn to give it a high star review, so what kind of cheap think is that i dont know? And in the bed clothes we found blood.

Please do not fall for the rating. I booked this hotel through oyo looking at the ratings. The receptionist took my phone saying she would share some coupon discount and indeed rated 5 star on my behalf. Complained to oyo about this but haven't heard anything from them.
Rooms are small dirty and stinking. We asked for a change of room and the other room was also no good. Food that we ordered was wrapped in polythene and provided. The room was stinking and we couldn't stay there and hence decided to check out and moved to a different hotel.
Also I called the hotel for a one hour early check-in and was asked to pay 30% of room rent as early check-in charges. Very bad customer experience while my stay here. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL.

The room was dirty. Bedsheet was so dirty, price of the room was little bit high as compared to room. They even didn't took care the room. The wall was dirty. Bathroom was not clean properly. Room was so dusty. TV was not working. Ac was not properly working. One thing the food was good. Kitchen staff was very nice. But the price of food items was high. They didn't provide bathroom kits which is provided by Oyo. Most importantly they took 1 hour to check-in. I had entered hotel at around 3 PM. The reception table girl talking with other some business purpose instead providing room. This was not expectable especially from oyo townhouse property. The behavior of receptionist was very rude.

This is the best townhouse I have ever seen, I visited several times in this townhouse the staff are really very good and helpful keep it up guys, keep the good work like this. Will visit soon.

Zero. I advised it's better to pay IRCTC TO STAY. INSECTS, SMALL ROOM, SMELL TOO MUCH DIRTY, FAKE PICTURE WEBSITE. I HAD CHECK 4 ROOM ALL ARE SAME DELAY SERVICE

Too tiny room. Bes sheets are too dirty. Food is quite good. You can find it in oyo app 4.2 star because while checking out they take your phone and gave 5 star rating by themselves. Don't go. Waste of money. This hotel didn't even match a rs 500 hotel.

Hotel rooms are so good with modern aesthetics. Although experienced some problem during check-in they don't allow visitors or outside food which is a bit annoying and may be because of the current covid19 situation. Overall you can blindly choose for it if you're willing to have a nice stay

Please don't visit there! Extremely unhygenic, also service is not good, no staffs come for room cleaning services as i stay there for 3days. Reception staffs are also not good. Also the beedsheets are soo dirty even you can't use it. Locks are also loose, overall very unsatisfied. Only good about this hotel is the location. Otherwise please don't waste your money there for 1night. Rather find hotel with same price in other locations.

I came in for a early check-in. The booking was confirmed. Came at 5: 30 am from a long tedious train journey. Nobody came to the door for 30 mins. The gates were closed. Nobody picked up. Imagine the trouble! When I later confronted the receptionist. He was extremely disinterested to acknowledge my grievance. The rooms were excessively shabby, dark, grim. There were cracks, all sorts of marks on the wall. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn't the best. The AC wasn't doing a great job as well. So, in all, pretty bad experience. Not expected it from Oyo Townhouse. Fine for a regular Oyo but not Townhouse, for sure.

My experience is worst with this. I stayed for a day. The management and assistance both is far below the level. At the time of check-in they just give u the key of ur room. Now it's ur responsibility to locate ur room. The lift was also not working. The worst part was about bedsheet. The bedsheet was dirty nd when I told at reception to provide me a clean bedsheet then they send a person who was asking for 500/- as bribe for providing new bedsheet. I was alone nd they started arguing with me that too in Bangla. I got scared nd gave them the amount. I felt very cheated. When I complained this at reception, they were replying in such a way that it's my fault.overall very worst. Highly recommend not to visit this hotel at any cost. Request Oyo to look into the matter.

This banquet have enough space for accommodating 400 people. This place is suitable for small ceremonies like Haldi, Mehendi and Birthday parties or any other parties. This banquet have pre- decoration, for further inquiry contact the banquet manager.

Horrible front desk - check in was horrible and super slow.

Rooms were available and it was already past 1030 am and front desk lady wasn't willing to give rooms to anyone and there were just guests waiting in the lobby

The worst ever experienced I had in HOTEL ROYAL GARDEN.
I've made a booking in that hotel and I wanted to pay online because in online payment they are giving me the offer but that old lady in the front desk she don't allow me to pay online she took my phone and suddenly my booking was not reflecting on their software and after that she told that I need to wait more 1hrs and after that she didn't respond my issue.
I request that old lady she's very I'll manner don't have a manner how to speak with a Guest doesn't know the proper hospitality even.she's wearing a blazer and carrying her proper formal it's doesn't mean she belongs to a the hospitality industry!

Bad experience.
It wasn't clean at all small roaches could be seen in the washroom.
The breakfast it is below average with no options. Rooms were not cleaned in time. Handles were lose or broken. And above all they took my phone and gave themselves 5 star so that I cannot review on the app directly. Later on complaining they told me I was a hyper customer. Strongly recommend please do not go to this hotel.

Only room sizes were small as compared to the price. Staff behaviour was good but drinking water had to buy as they told RO system was not working.

Well made/renovated hotel, but horrible housekeeping and room service, the floor of the room was so dirty that the shoe was sticking to the floor, bathroom drain was clogged with hair, ciggerate Butts lying in the washroom, and the worst part upon bringing it in the notice of the housekeeping staff and supervisor, they tried to misbehave, towel wasn't provided until the next morning, for room service had to call 5 times before tea was served which took more than an hour, worst place to stay, never going again.

Good hotel but worth money they charge. Rooms are quite small compared to other Townhouse brands of Oyo. Totally dissatisfied with the ambience and professonality of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also nit of Oyo standard. Menu alsi not really comprehensive.

Well it was an alright experience as the hotel is right on the main road however when you initially enter the place feels a Lil clumsy. It's an OK option if you getting no other place to stay near by. The rate looks a Lil high in comparison to the infrastructure or service. They provide breakfast which was pretty good actually, south Indian. It Was easy to get a cab from there. I personally don't like the park street n surrounding areas as its dirty and crowded.
