Worst hotel you can find. The receptionist girl is rude like she is doing some kind of favour by letting you stay in the hotel and it's you who should be thankful for staying in the wonderful townhouse 195 where sheets are stained, beds are springy and tv doesn't work.
Hope this help. And don't get surprised if she tries to yell at you because that's normal for empress.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very pretty and Placious for a single traveller also. The place was really nice and comfortable for me .

Dont ever book at this hotel. Just a bunch of thieves running this place. I paid through oyo app the full amount. On going there they said they dont have the payment confirmation but my booking is there. I called customer care of OYO but no help. Then I told the receptionist lady that i'll pay the amount in cash, but you have to give me a receipt for it so that i can use it to claim my money from oyo. To which the stupid lady said that she can't provide a receipt. They are the most low life I have ever seen. Just avoid this place.

A very good place to hangout with friends or with loved one. Clean Room and bathroom. But outside food is not allowed so you need to buy food from the hotel itself. The cost of food is very very high. For one day with lunch dinner and snacks will cost around 1500 rs.
The location is a little bit confusing for a first visitor.

Don't go here if you really want to enjoy your time. Rooms are so bad. Beds are broken. Geyser not working. They don't provide the service. Rooms not sanitised. They will say they will resolve your issues in some time and then after sometimes their shift changes and they refuse to resolution. Very bad experience. They don't have spa and didn't allow urbancompany to do the service too. Pathetic.

Location is very good.good not at all preferred.they don't allow outside food.please eat out.it is ok for a stay.stars only for the location

Blacklisted hotel in my list. Worst experience ever in my life. If u dont want any harassment like rejecting your booking please dont book this hotel via OYO.

Service is good profesional rooms are also good but thier washrooms are worst showers not working bucket available but mug is not there you have a TV but no remote but you'll provided with a wifi now that's good.food service is on time overall good

Good Service. Pretty easy to reach. Arijit at the front desk was most helpful in getting or requests delivered promptly. Would like to visit again.

Awful experience wasted our 3000 on this place and could not stay for 1 hour even. They did not returned our money never book this place.

Landline are not working if u are asking them about they will provide cell phone number for reception & kitchen separately
In thet only one will be worked so you have to call only one number
TV are there and but i think that only for showpiece as they will never charge the dth connection.only one simple answer they will be- recharge is expired, will recharge next time
Bathroom are pathetic.will not provide any towel or daily use items

Location: this is the only thing i thing you will appreciate

* Kitchen available.foods are also ok (though prices are slightly high)
* Lift are there if u are not fond of stairs
* Car parking are there
* Staff are well respond

Everything was good except outside food was not allowed and the resturant owner keeps always watching u.infact the water bottle was not allowed and the in-house resturant was too costly

The location is good and the staffs are well trained. I did not face any issue with the management. BUT there are some very important points -
1. Rooms are dirty and furnitures, taps, plug points, locks are broken.

2. They do not provide towel, brush, breakfast, paste, soap, shampoo, etc.

3. You need to pay for every meal as soon as the food is delivered, they do not wait for you to checkout. You have to pay for everything on spot.

4. Most of the food items are overrated and guests are not allowed to bring foood from outside. An average meal for a single person will cost you more than 400. A single roti is for rs. 20.5. Windows are locked, i.e. No ventillation. Room is without windows and even bathroom's windows are sealed.

Pathetic service, not only the hotel but also OYO. Its already 8 days I checked out and I am struggling to get my bill till today. Hopeless company.

Dont ever go there. The dirtiest hotel. Fungal smell inside the room. Dirty floor, bathroom are so dirty.

Thay cheated us by not providing room. Thay were so arrogant and egoistic that makes all their efforts to not giving the room by putting so many terms and conditions. They also didn't listen to oyo executive. Very bad experience. Never book from oyo. No one will listen to you inspite of paying full price.

Drastic experience and pathetic staff behavior. They don't know how to talk to the guests. Especially the girl which was at the reception, she is pathetic. I would never visit again their. She doesn't know how to behave to the customers who have already booked and paid the price for the room.

I had a very bad experience, did not provide towel & washroom kits, bed condition was very poor, had to leave mid of the day.

No ready rooms always wastes my 2 hours in getting the room ready or shifting me again. Poor food also.

One of the worst Oyo Townhouse. The rooms are dirty, small and chairs are not clean. The bed is so bad that it will cause aching. The management need to look after all those cons.

There is no trained staffs just some casual locals. Comparing the place with other townhouse in the city this is a nightmare. Rooms are shabby not maintained at all. Overall it lacks the welcoming factor. Careless attitude, the kitchen too is under construction. Hope the management is revamped and takes opportunity of the growing demand. The rooms though are spacious.

Needs many things to upgrade. Fan are not clean, bathroom door holders are not available, in bathroom shops are not available.

It's unpleasant experience during checking nd receptionist bit of rude to providing room nd washroom was unhygienic nd uncleaned nd smelly I suggest to the management kindly look after the washroom.
