Worst Townhouse hotel ever I've seen.
There is no proper maintenance, receptionists behavior also very rude.
AC, TV not work.
Bathroom floor everything is unclean.
OYO, you should take a serious action against this hotel.
Staff are not good except a Old man.

Broken toilet, bedsheet not washed, no controls on AC, cubboard with no hanger inside, food is not good i got loose motion, they don't give tea if you order tea rather than their timings, menu is there but not enough food items, at the time of check in reception manager bahaved rudely and behaved like an upper caste person (idiot) and he makes me wait out side the Ac reception cabin.

One of the worst room, no clean, coming bad smell. Behaviour of staff is very rude. Don't choose Oyo, highly disappointed.

Very poor quality of maintenance in the room…bed sheets and pillow cover r dirty very much.after told they are changing…They can’t provide ac remote also…and for drinking water also u have to pay

Very bad place can't understand why the catering does not respect the guests why I can't if we tell them to bring a glass they will say bring it yourself.

The sheets were stained. The blanket was stained like it was lying in some dirt. On asking for exchange, the chauffeur first said he can just get the new blanket cover. On asking for a different blanket, he brought in a blanket more dirty than before. There was no water heater in the washroom. The room was infested with alot of cockroaches and other insects like houseflies. This was first of such an experience in a townhouse.

Service was great and staffs are friendliness nature but one thing i have to say about this hotel that If u wanna stay in this hotel for a night or 5-6 hours and u want one glass of water then u will have to carry of a bottle of water bcz of no one will be offer u at least a glass of water. It was my personal experience. Therefore i m giving 4 star.

Very good hotel to stay. Rooms are good, complementary breakfast is given. It was a very good experience, you all can go there for stay with your loved ones.
One think only bad in this hotel is that they don't give drinking water for free, you have to pay for that.
Else everything is very good here.
In many previous reviews i red that this hotel does frawd by cancelling your booking, i was also afraid of that after reading those reviews. But no frawd was done, it was the best experience there.

Nice hotel in budget. But check ur location of hotel correctly in map were it's located as OYO room location is wrong.

Most disgusting place that I ever seen very cheap behaviour from the front desk staff.
They don't know how to deal with the Coustomer.

Rooms are very good. Toilet bathrooms are clean. Breakfast quality is also good. Just one prblm is the location of the hotel n its nearby area.

First and worst experience. Booked through oyo a day before and when i reached for check in they said it is already sold out.

Location was good. Staff was good. But never take the room of LX series because they r very old type rooms. All other rooms like series of 200 and 300 are new rooms. If u book rooms though Oyo they will give u these LX series rooms whose bathrooms r so old n dirty that u will be very much disappointed. Rooms lighting and window AC was good. No kids channel subscribed on TV. Walls paintings was removed at many places. Breakfast was also ok ok.

Satisfactory service, bad working condition of air conditioners, washrooms have to be improved, geysers and exhaust fan doesn't work in some of the rooms, you will also be sweating when the temperature on the A. C reads 16 degrees

The room was good and spacious. Also the breakfast was good.
Menu items were too much heavily priced.

Staff lack basic etiquette. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Steer clear from this shabby excuse of a hotel.

Very very bad service by the receptionist at this hotel.they ask for I'd.but I don't know why u don't accept student I'd.but they didn't accept scan copy of the aadhar I'd, but the last real excuse was there were no vacant room.what the rules yr, they showed me that there was one vacant room I have booked preciously, when I reached there they told me to collect I'd.after a very bad effort I collected the I'd.then they told me no vacant room available.what was that, otherwise room good.and survive too good,

It's quite unhygienic.bedsheets, bathroom all r unhygienic.in almira their r lots of small cockroaches.that's y give 3star

Though it was a last minute booking, I got a nice enough room stay. The room and washroom both were well specious. Would love to stay again.

Good service of the people of this hotel. The whole hotel is quite big. Rooms are clean with TV, self etc. But the free wifi is not working. But the bathroom is good. There are foodinf facility too, but price are quite high. Car parking place is also here.

Good for the price. But no outside food allowed thats barbaric. Hence will not suggest anyone if they are not getting other option. In front of Graveyard. Hence.

Its in park circus area.get room at very reasonable price.rooms are well furnished with all facilities like tv, AC, wi-fi.room service is good so as the behaviour of the staffs. Have a good time staying.

Very close to park circus station. 20-45 minutes from park circus 7 point (depending on mode of travel).
Check in experience and room facilities ar at its best. Service is a bit slow. Wi-fi speed is moderate. Couple friendly, local ID not accepted.
It has a resturant of its own. But the food there is too costly wrt quality. And there are no good restaurant nearby so you have to rely on online food delivery services.
Still I should rate it 4.5 * for the facilities and privacy I enjoyed.
