Worst experience till date. Visited panache foron, Siliguri on 23 Oct 23. Poor behaviour of the staff. Illogical rules of the restaurant. You will be forced to order separate dish for each person visiting. You end up paying more and finally wastage of food. Total disappointment. Poor and pathetic standard of food…served cold.the staff didn’t even bother to check the food before serving. I know the reply to this review as usual will be “ we are sorry for ur dissatisfied experience.blah blah… (auto generated reply). But I don’t even wish to visit this place ever in any corner of the country…. The epitome of disappointment and embarrassment in the name of Bengali hospitality and Bengali cuisine.would never recommend anyone.

Pathetic restaurant. Dont Offer food except Thali During saptami.cant even provide straw for Drink

Lovely bengali cuisine. The last time we had food here, there was a dish "Kachu Chingri" - it is still in our tongue. (means still on the tongue)

Aha it's 10 on 10, We take veg thali & Dab chingri. Everything was so fresh & yummy. On the cherry on top, the price is reasonable.

We had a nice Bengali lunch with wholesome vegetarian thalis accompanied by two fish dishes. The meal was very tasty and satisfying. We found the vegetable dishes comparative tastier than the fish ones. Only inconvenience we found is the location which is too congested - it's almost impossible to find a parking place if you travel by car.

The ambiance was good. Food was decent in terms of quality and quantity. It was reasonably priced too. We ordered chicken lollipop in starter, veg thali, kochi pathar jhol and kachupata chingri for dinner. Kachupata chingri was simply delicious and Veg thali was absolutely value for money.

Quantity of the food is not sufficient as per the price for one person.specially the rice.it should be increased.quality is very good.but quantity & quality should balanced.

The food quality and staff behavior was wonderful.

গতকাল আমি ভাতের "কচি পাঁঠার ঝোল " আর "কাঁচা লঙ্কা - ধনেপাতার" মুরগির মাংস খেলাম পাঁচফোড়ন থেকে, অসাধারণ ️️️ মূলত মুরগির মাংসটা।। বাড়ির জন্য Veg Thali নিয়ে যাই তো ওটা নিজে থেকে না খেয়ে কোনো কমেন্ট করব না

We were staying nearby during our sikkim trip so we chose this place to eat. Me and my wife took a simple thali as we were missing our home food. While we wanted to eat simple dal rice, we ended enjoying every thing on the platter. Nothing in it was easy to say no to. Food was fantastic and so was the staff, who make sure that you are taken care off. A must visit place in Siliguri. Thank you.

Taste not so good extra oil. Staff is not well. He promised for leg pieces but after two 5mintute different portion. Very bad customer service.

The food quality is so great that i have no words. Very delicious food and very clean surrounding. The place itself is so comfortable and unique. The staffs are very friendly and well mannered. I think everyone should check in this restaurant.

স্বাদে-গন্ধে পুরো বাঙালিয়ানা। ভরপেট খাওয়ার পরেও পাত ছেড়ে উঠতে ইচ্ছে করে না। আবার যাব অন্য আরও স্বাদের রসনায় মেতে উঠতে।

অল্পেতে সাধ মেটে না, এ স্বাদের ভাগ হবে না।

Good place to have lunch or dinner. Centrally located. Well cooked food. Neat and clean. Staff behavior is excellent.

An awesome place to enjoy authentic bengali dishes at par with home cooked fooed. Had a sumptous luch with my family today. Will certainly look forward to visiting again.

Awesome place, liked it. Food was tasty, price is moderate. We tried veg thali, dhonepata chicken. Dhonepata chicken was awesome.

They are always doing hurry so that customer can't even wait for their guest.
Very bad service & worst management. We had visited here for our family party but they are in such hurry that they are not ready to wait for 5 to 10 minutes until our guest arrive.
We have to leave our table for their misbehaviour.

As I saw the crowd might be food will be very good. But as per my experience few things i need to share with the OWNER. We are reputed businessman and we having upcoming project in Siliguri which is going to open by June and having multiple business across pan india. Actually we are foodie and always used to use digital platform to explore for excellent food. As I visited by today to restaurant and manager asked that how many people we are? As I confirmed that we are 4 people and we are family. He asked me to wait for a while. After few time some seats are available for dine and we go through for the same. I must say one thing to the OWNER on very serious because we are also a business man. His a kind of rubbish person without having how to deal with Client politely and suddenly give reaction and asked that go with another restaurant. As I only asked that we are new and we do not know how to book the table. And the reaction was terrible and I literally used to say that Dada hum new hai but initially you asked for that how many we are, I said that we are 4 and all are family. We are a business man and we know know how to deal and give polite response to client. Very much dissapointment with only your manager as sitting at reception area.

This loss is going only yours. Business ko doobte humne dekha hai as only because of staff. Very much dissapointment.

Well it was a messed up story. Me and my friend waited for a long to enter 'BHOOTER RAJA DILO BOR' and didn't got place to enjoy dinner out there. And we started feeling exhausted as well as hungry too. Then suddenly i noticed one more restaurant called 'PAANCHFORON' and we decided to visit there and experience it. KHATI BANGALIYANA

After entering we ordered a new item called 'PRAWN BUTTERFLY' with tomato sause, kashondi and salad. Trust me it was a marvellous crispy item i ever had. Really taste different and i can't stop eating without gossiping with my friend. My full concentration was on Prawn butterfly. I really wanna try again
Secondly we ordered plain veg thali along with Laal murgi jhol. My eyes were dazzled when the meal came to the table. A variety of vegetarian foods such as Rice, luchi, daal, jhiri aluvaja, chaanar dalna, fulkofi roast, chatni, simoyer paayes etc etc, And the desi murgir jhol uff really i really had a tummy full dinner. And seriously i will visit again and again. Please must visit this fabulous dining place and enjoy your meal lunch or dinner. I am sure you will exit with a big and refreshing smile on your face. Really delicious and tasty food available here.

If you're in Siliguri and missed a huge meal at this place, you've done it totally wrong! A must visit when you're in Siliguri for an 100% authentic bengali buffet experience. Not to mention, it is totally pocket friendly too. It was an extraordinary dinner experience for us.

Had to wait for about 15-20 mins before getting a table but within 1 minute of getting the table we got food, awesome traditional food!

Quality of food sets a bench mark & It's just faboulas in taste. Presentation is also awesome. Kochu pata chingri, mutton is must try here. Ambience is also just awesome.

Authentic bengali cuisines served in attractive dishes! Reasonably priced with wonderful preparation. Ambiance is beautiful with organic flavours. Attractive range of snacks which includes kabirazi-cutlets-fries-and there are biriyanis!

Positives: New restaurant in Bidhan market, Siliguri. Good veg thali, variety of Bengali dishes, fast service, serves all dishes in steel plates, innovative and good interiors giving a sense of Bangaliana.

Negetives: Prices are on the premium side for certain fried items, perhaps higher than famous Kolkata fast food restaurants even.

Overall it's a good new restaurant.

One who's a Bengali cuisine fanatic should definitely pay a visit. Having said that I would really appreciate if they increase the quantity of food they serve.

I was expected lotz. Begun baluchuri is average. Dishes are good. But nothing is signature item. But who will try first the bengali cuisine its very good for them.

Lovely restaurant, serves tasty bengali cuisine, that too in a very reasonable price. The ambience is amazing, and the staff are very helpful. Plays rabindra sangeet Or loksangeet which adds to the bengali vibes.
