Pallavi International Hotel

Overall average stay. Location is the major plus point. The staff is generally pleasant. As a feedback to the management, these are the things that should be improved:
1) Quality of towels and toileteries is pretty ordinary. They should be upgraded.
2) hotel does not give packaged water bottles beyond 1st day
3) WIFI speed inside the room is poor
4) Wall power points are filmsy and feel like they can break anytime when you are trying to takeoff the chargers.
4) The water pressure for shower is pretty bad, the bathroom buckets and mugs are pretty old.

Decent rooms and excellent service. Staff is friendly and especially receptionist Ananya is very helpful

This is simply an Oyo hotel. This can't be a star hotel. Only good for visa purpose, very smoky environment. Breakfast arrangement is very poor, very small dining area & wrong messages displayed all over. Cannot sit with family. Bathroom has no hooks or hangers. Very uncultured environment. Staffs are so lazy.

Overall a Nice Experience. Good for a silent stay. Best location if u r here for US Visa Appointments.
VAC is just at the walkable distance from here, Victoria Memorial is 1 Kms. Adjacent local food shops.

All about hotel is awesome and receptionist lady sonali is pretty. Food quality is very bad

Very bad hotel and in that hotel management lady name beauty force you to pay for what you have not consumed be aware very bad and rude behaviour stay alert when check in ask them to count items inside their room

I strongly suggest to the management to increase there salary and promote them as they are a great assets to the hotel.the location is perfect for visa interviews traveler's and even for ISKCON temple.

The hotel service is good, located in the prime location.

Only concern with restaurants- though food is very good, but the testy people doesn’t value the time, they are making the fuss to wait longer period - this note os for the manager priyesh- pls look into it and do the necessary action.

The hotel was terrible. I checked in at 6: 30pm and checked out within 2 hours because the rooms were full of flies and insects, the AC wasn't working, and they weren't refunding the payment. I had booked for 5 days but checked out within 2 hours. Not even single star worth.

It had really wonderful experience in staying in this hotel. I found that it is located in a prime location with good amenities. We were here for US VISA, both VAC and Consulate are in walking distance. Price was also genuine.

It’s a Motel. Filthy and dirty. No internet (it’s a shame). On the top of they are yet learn “H” of hospitality….

I don’t recommend it to any decent family or single…

Good services, staff was friendly and well maintained bathroom for Deluxe rooms. We get all facilities on phone call.prefer the food outside the hotel.

Hotel staffs and manager are good. Cleanliness also good.

One of the budget hotel in Kolkata. Overall nice experience to stay here and all stuff and room service guys are very cooperative. Rooms and bathrooms are specious enough, rooms are decent - comparatively other hotels in this price. But they don't have own kitchen/ food service at hotel. All kind of payment options are available.

Room was spacious with good interior. However the sofa covers needs to be cleaned as it was stinking. Limited options for food in the Restaurant. Room Service require improvement.

Overrated. Location is nice near park street and other tourist visiting place.

Restuarent and Bar togathar but smooky environment, enviornment is not appropriate for eat. Better to take food at room. No good restuarant nearby. Need to improve the service.

I am not satisfied with the service given and breakfast was not good at all, since I have visited multiple times before but this time it was very bad experience gathered.

This hotel has a heritage feel to it. The name however is misleading. Hotel Pallavi Heritage would have been more apt. Location of this hotel is perfect and though it is in the heart of the city, the noise levels are very low. Coming to the rooms, it gives more of a lodge feeling than a hotel room. The mattresses for instance are not the bouncy types you'd expect in a hotel room. I would have given 5 stars if the overall cleanliness and lighting was set right. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is outdoor but within the hotel premises. There is a restaurant that is right outside the hotel but the food somehow does not feel hygienic. But don't worry, there is an excellent restaurant just about 3 min walk from the hotel - Govinda. It is pure veg and run by ISCKON. I will share the review of that separately.

Its a very good hotel situated near to both United States Consulates as well as Jasmine towers where generally the pre-visa interview process is done. It is located at a very friwndly neighbourhood and almost everything is available nearby. There is a variety of shops and food restaurants available nearby as well as malls. About the rooms, they are well above average with all basic necessities and amenities. They have quick response to any problems or help required. All staff member are helpful and friendly. Overall its a pleasant stay, and very good experience.

I have stayed there twice for my visa interviews. The hotel is located just besides Shakespeare Sarani police station. Safe place, in the middle of Park Street; decent rooms but need a bit of work in cleaning though. Decent restaurant in the hotel. In addition to that, there is a great outdoor Dosa stall just inside the hotel campus which is usually packed with customers. The 1st time, I stayed there as a OYO customer and the second time I got a great discount in Goibibo. So, feel free to check in.
