I visited this place on the occasion of an event, the location is not conducive. Rooms are pretty decent. It is still under construction. It does have ample parking inside but doesn't justify the tag resort and spa, it doesn't have a basic laundry facility. Food is decent. They take ample time to clean a messy area.

Need improvement, sooo poor service, bad behaviour of the staffs, the outside area is also not good.

If you’re looking for some village vibes and not in mood of travelling then this is the place you should visit, A well maintained resort with 5-6 Cottage room, also can go for a day out with friends.

This place is in a serene corner of the city. Ideal for office and family picnic. But the road that leads to the place is pathetic, especially in rainy season.

The place looks good and all but the staff is just dirty and unfriendly. The owner is worst. The place is not fit for family because it's unhygienic and unsafe. The staff isn't helpfull with anything.

Food was excellent! The serene beauty in the laps of nature is a real go to place in winter.

I wish i could give the star rating in Minus five stars because it is the dirtiest resorts someone could ever go to. The place is bad the staff is worst. They dont even clean the rooms properly. This place needs to be shut down.

One of the best Resort property I came across in Kolkata. Probably the only resort in the main Kolkata city. Huge collection of flowers, trees, great management and staff and not to forget about their delicious food. Great going. Keep it up. The owners are also very friendly and humble

We had our office annual program at Palli Bangla Resort, must say it's the best resort in the city. Superb arrangements and food quality. Looking forward to conduct our annual event next year as well.

It was a pleasure day out at your property, which is 30 minutes walking from the Ruby Hospital. Palli Bangla Resort is a nice resort with excellent food. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant. I will definitely revisit again.

Behaviour wise great, owner is too good they are very soft spoken and humble person. It was good time whenever I went there.

The location of the resort makes it very much suitable. It's just 2.3 kms from Ruby point. Recently we had a pre noboborsho celebration there with a total head count of 100 and had a very good experience. Food is very good.

We organized a get together of nearly 110 members of KBS Sylheti Welfare Association.

Had a great time from morning 9 to evening 6.

Excellent place for day out near Kolkata for a group. Hospitality management is very good and the food is very nice.

We had a gala time in this place with ample space, colourful flowers and good hospitality. The place being very close to EM Bypass and being easily accessible adds to its score.

An excellent place for varied kinds of group activity. We had our annual group picnic at Palli Bangla resort with full cooperation of resort staff. They were all alert for our comfort. Hope to visit Palli Bengal as and when we get opportunity.

Good spacious place for dining, sufficient place for outdoor games like cricket, football or badminton.
A very nice secluded area for cocktail bar.
And to top it up, the food was great.
