Poor and open toilet, kitchen are open that too near the toilet, kitchen door are open and i saw cats are roaming inside, very dirty, i find this after havig food, oh my god

Went to book for Picnic, but the area was very nasty as there was bad smell around the property.

Very very dirty and unhygienic bathroom. Its a shame they rent out the place for marriage and guests and seniors who come from afar cannot even use the bathroom.entrance is bad with seniors prone to falling.its so undulating.its a shame.never will hire the place

Near Kolkata, before Amtala, after Narayanaswamy Temple, on Diamond Harbor Road, day outing or overnight stay.

Absolutely unhygienic rooms, full of lizards and cockroaches. Once the air conditioners are turned on it seems a mini generator started in room. Most rooms are having seepage and bad order. Foods are extremely overpriced and most of the item in their menu is not available. We had to order our food from swiggy during our stay. The staff had never learn about courtesy and polite behaviour, one fellow from Rajasthan most probably he works in the reception, doesn't know how to even speak. Strongly not recommended. Even one star is an over rating for this

Foods are very over priced and very poor in terms of taste and quantity.

The children's play area is full of mud and none of the rides are working. They tided a big cow/bull in the play area stopping kids to go there. They didn't move the cow even after repeated requests.

The swimming pool is very small compared to the picture they have shared.

Rooms are old. We stayed in suite s-4. The switch board and plugs are mostly in bad condition. The window AC is noisy and without remote control. The room needs good investment for some maintenance.

You will have to park your car outside of the maingate.they will not allow you to park inside though they have some place over there.

Staffs are not supportive.

With the monsoon season the current state of the ground and the childrens play area is underwater, just like rice paddy fields. With the covid situation business has taken a blow and maintenance is not being done.

Just visited there for weekend.not at all good.no covid protocol is maintained staffs are rude, food is too much high price and less in quantity.over all a bad experience.

No maintenance at all inside and outside. The whole ambiance has become shabby. Needs immediate action.

There are many conflicting views about this place. We organized a three day conference at this place with a team of twenty five people and stay for three days. The food was excellent. The conference facilities are acceptable though I would not call it out of the world. The rooms are fine particularly the super deluxe rooms. The quality of quilts needs to improve. Service was fine and the staff competent. We did not face any issues. However the place needs a makeover in terms of the facade. Being winter we did not try out the ACs. Another important they are pretty transparent and reasonable with their dealings. For example although we had booked the rooms along with food whenever a guest didi not take lunch or dinner they on their own reduced the rates proportionately which I thought was a nice gesture.
If anyone plans to opt for conference and stay my suggestion would be to go for the Premium food menu. Liquor is not offered. The surroundings have lush greenery around. Another important factor the resort dies not have a travel desk and cannot arrange for private cabs on request. Given the location please be prepared should you need to go about. They also offer activities but we did not indulge and hence cannot comment.

Good place to arrange for a picnic or organizing an event. Spacious with gardens & children's park. Problems with water supply though.

Very poor maintainence, swimming pool is just like a pond under a incompetent government. Mosquitoes are the most scared insect in this place!

Good resort with picnic spot but you need to stay at least for one night for fun otherwise not good because the distance and journey both are very hectic, you may face huge traffic during journey.

Huge play ground for children which is good, service is so so.

The place is of family atmosphere. No drinks available. The foods quite delicious and reasonable though Tea is expensive Rs35 per cup.

A resort in the outskirts of Kolkata with swimming pool and splash garden for party and such. Should have own car as public transport in few and far between. A mediocre resort.

Good place for office picnic. Spacious location. However, non vegetarian food option and taste was not satisfactory during our picnic. Open area is big. Children park is good but requires to be maintained properly. Overall it was OK for us.

Massive over-cost. Food quality must be better. The place is good though. Receptionist must show some respect for the guests. Other all staffs are well behaved.

I was contemplating to write the review after checkout. But things are so pathetic that I am compelled to post this now. We had a booking for 6 people and were allotted two rooms- one suite and one room. Right from check -in there's a plethora of rules imposed by the resort, which actually is a living hell. I would have accepted them wholeheartedly had they been rational in their services. No booking could be made online in advance because of their server issues as per the vohs. Secondly when I wanted to pay by card, machine not available. The baggage stuffs stayed in the reception even after half an hour. Outside food disallowed but their menu pinches one's pocket. I will share the pictures shortly for which we were charged almost 2000. Probably 100 gm of lentil was 96.150 gm of aloo bhaja was 110. Two little bowels of rice is 116. This was coupled with rude behaviour. Then comes the swimming pool where there wasn't any amenities. One of the rooms didn't have water supply initially which got fixed though. This morning I availed the loo and found that the attached hand shower had only three minute holes. The rest were chocked. Don't visit this resort ever if you want to live in minimum comfort for a day.

Good place for couples and family get togethers. Rooms are ok for stay. Food is average. Parking place not secured as the parking space says 'Parking at owner's risk'. This place can be made even better.

Property not well maintained. Pathetic food availability and quality. Majority of the food mentioned in menu are not available. Only nonveg options are chicken and egg. Swiming pool is not up to the mark and water quality not good. There is a kids park with few playing options. The room rate is also very reasonable.

Location is superb, filled with green grass and trees. Room quality is very poor, swimming pool is also required maintenance. The food was average, if anyone doesn't have any other option then they can choose this location.

This place is situated far from the heart of the city. The place is great but it has pros and cons as well.
Pros:
1.30 second walking distance from the main road.
2. Buildings and room are good looking from outside.
3. Staffs are well mannered.
4. Parking available.
5. Garden is good.
Cons:
1. Swimming pool is too small.
2. Garden activities such as various rodes are not well maintained.
3. Inside the resort some paths are still under construction.
4. The whole resort is a small one not big as other resorts.

It is in a very remote place where no proper lodging facilities r available. Kudos to that. Nice arrangement n facilities. But there is much room for improvement. Food quality can be improved

I went to the place recently. The rooms are good but food is below average. The menu card needs to be extended definitely. There are few choices and then too many are not available. We asked for soup but they said no soup is available though the menu card reads tomato soup, veg soup, sweet corn soup and chicken soup. Same for fish curry or fish fry.ln fact, fish is totally missing. Even for bread toast they insist on buttering themselves.l asked for dry toast and separate butter since one of us hardly ate butter. Unwillingly when they gave it they refused to serve a butterknife. Since there were unused food dishes left over after lunch, we decided to keep them in our room mini fridge for dinner. They told us immediately that they won't heat anything and we must have cold food. The behaviour of the kitchen staff was not good either. As for the pool it is small and not well maintained. They do not have any dormitory arrangements for drivers as in other resorts. The location however is good.

I think this resort is over rated as per now 2019. No proper games, swimming pool is very small and water is not clear. Children park's rides are not working properly, they are outdated. Main issue is food, food is not really good here, no fish available, only chicken Mutton. Always same item they offer. Room service like cleaning, dusting not well. Overall outer view is good. But currently they are not maintaining at all. Rooms are good but bathrooms have no exhaust fan, so always smell bad. Other many many issues there. I think u hv to think before go this year or latter

Good place for hangout. Buffet lunch 3-4 varity available there. Swimming pool, indore game and big play ground for make some activity to yourself.
