Quality of food is excellent. Service is also good. The place is little bit small and crowded. They accept both cash and UPI payment. Inside restaurant is very neat and clean.

Food here is okay, not that tasty keeping in mind the fact that other cafe's nearby serving tasteir food at a more reasonable price. Parking not available here.

It's lovely and Hygienic as ever. My best South Indian dish experience in Behala. Dosa was massive and has a wide variety of chutneys served. A wonderful overall experience. Apart from the food, the ambience is simple, but very cosy.

Bengali style south indian food from behala. Dosa was tasty and price reasonable. Parking is little far on DH Road. Seating space is small but well maintained. Menu is vast and suits bengali taste but not loosing the south indian soul altogether. Most of the order seems to come from take way by zomato swiggi etc. They can add the signature Tamil filter coffee, will add to the character. The vibe is centered on kolkata. No problem, but there are some age old south Indian joints in the city, like "Madras cafe", some black and white photos of them (with permission) may enhance the mood.

There are a few 4-seaters, where people can sit and have there ordered Southern delicacies. There is also the option for parcel take aways. The food is simply superb and reasonably priced.

I have Masala Onion Dosa every weekend here. Its a little but a good service providor of South Indian dishes especially Dosa. I everytime see the crowd of customers to enjoy the dishes sitting inside and also quees of customers to take their parcels. South Indian dish lovers don't miss this chance to enjoy the dishes near you in Behala Tram Depot. It maintains quantity as well as quality.
The only lack is of dress code of waiters

Huge Brand name, but very poor condition when it comes to food quality. Every single I ordered a takeaway, they had provided me with a stale version of their Coconut Chutney. Main food is great, but if the main accompaniments are stale, then no person would like to have. If someone is ordering at 8 to 10 PM in the night time as takeaway, then that does not mean that they deserve to have the stale Coconut Chutney which was made in the morning.

I dont have a hatred towards Pannas South Indian Bistro, but this happened to me every single time. I got stale chutney whenever i ordered food during night time.

It's a small restaurant. Mostly it is popular for take away orders. Quality and variety of south indian food is really good. Excellent customer service and excellent dosa taste, must visit who love to eat South Indian dishes. Price is very cheap according to their quality and quantity. Mostly this is popular for take away orders. I would recommend their dahi vada and paper dosa. The behaviour of staff is really good. The ambience was good. Each and every dish here tasty and delicious in such an affordable price range. Loved it.

How do you know when a restaurant is running good!? You always find a waiting time there. (If the sitting arrangement is small that is a different story). But to be honest. The food was phenomenal! We had the Onion Paper Masala Dosa. That too a take away. The food was hot even at home. A must place to visit.

BEST BEST BEST! This place is the best place out there for South Indian dishes. Very hygienic. Professional and friendly staff. Very good services. Taste of food just awesome. Awesome food for a cheaper price. Quality and quantity of food served is also very satisfying. Surely a place worth trying.

This restaurant spoilt the dinner of my entire family. The order had missing items, and when we asked to deliver the one missing they insisted to place order next morning! Indirectly asking my family to starve for the night. It reducles me on the way they asked to place another order so that the missing order is replaced!
I bet i will never ever place an order with this restaurant any more.
Also its you to decide, if you want to spoil your dinner with your loved ones.

A recent established south Indians restaurant, M/S Panna is jack of all trade but not yet Master in south Indian dishes, any how you can change the test here. Just drop at Behala Tram Depo and get in and have a dish at bearable price

Crispy dosa is a speciality here.food quality is just unjustifiably good.place is near to the main road.parking cars may be a problem here but food can beat any problem

Good South Indian food served at pocket friendly prices. Also very hygienic.

An interesting stuff is they serve along with coconut chutney a peanut tomato chutney which tastes awesome.

We tried Idli, Masala dosa nd Dahi vada. Idlis were super soft. Dosa tasted as expected. Dahi vadas were also nice.

Quite recommended.

Very clean and very humble staff space isn't very Lavish but its nice to sit.prices are resonable.was.zomato online ordering is also possible. They will charge you 5 or 10 rs extras for plastic container for delivery purposes. Rest you can always pay a visit for a nice meal and dosa

Nice food. Authentic south Indian food and that too in affordable prices. They serve two different kind of chutneys and sambar which are awesome. This is the best south Indian joint in south Kolkata with very high standard and qwality.

No complaints about space, as when we enter we know that they have limited space, no complaints about staff and food as well, but somehow our family got food poisoning after eating food from here.

Although food compells me to give 5stars but I am little concerned about the hygiene. Otherwise it is the restaurant for the whole family.

Very good place for eating south Indian food. I ate from here such as cheese masala dosa, Idli, and some kind of snacks. The quantity given here is much more than other big restaurant. I ordered the food from the zomato. It was very tasty as well.

Lacks professional behaviour, cards and e-wallets does not work properly. Insist cash transactions. Have to wait for 20 mins.for normal masala dosha. Poor in hygiene.

I want to share a bitter experience.i generally luv to eat from panna bistro so today at 7.30pm i called in their no n ordered one butter onion plain dosa n one cheese onion plain dosa.they hv confirmed my order n asked about my address n all.but till 8.15 i was not getting any call from them.o i want 2 tell that the distance from their outlet n my home is about 15mins by bike.so out of curiosity i called them again at 8.20.first they hvnt rcv my cll.aftr 3rd tym they rcved.n when i enquired about my order they apologised n said that they havnt tk my order properly.at first i was in anger that how they can say that after 1hour.bt i told them to take my order again n the person assured me that within 30min they send me.bt again at 8.56 i called them bcz till that time i hvnt get my order! They received n again said that the boy who will deliver d food havent come to their outlet till then.the moment the boy will cmdown 2 them after that they will send my food.bt this time i was soo much in anger.i told them 2 cancel my order.n at that time d person told me that kindly put d order in online from nxt time.they dont have enough boys to deliver.means is this d professionalism? They should hv told me this before.so it was my very bad experience.i really did not expect this from them.bcz their food is really tasty.so from nxt time plz

Great taste of south Indian brought here by the panna restaurant. They are well known for the quality of the food and the dishes are just too good. Quality, variation and taste. And they got this combo just right.

Order: Paper Cheese Masala Dosa, Plain Dosa, and Lassi. Dosas were perfect. Lassi was really thick and there was no froth. A lighter lassi would be better.

Food is good but check bill carefully before leaving, once they charged double and later didn't refund, that's why I don't go there now
