This is good place to get food. Food is not over priced or spicy. Overall quality of the food is great

Very bad quality food. Several members fell sick after having chinese food from the restaurant. Used too much of artificial colors, stale noodles to name a few.

I attended a rice ceremony here. Nice banquet hall with a very big lawn in front.parking facility also available.

Today I admitted a bitter experience while eating at Arambagh Panthshala Hotel.
Abominable behavior of waiters in the hotel, along with unspoken language abuse, which we never expected.
The problem starts with the amount of chicken in one plate, we got 4 pieces of chicken but they said there were 6 chickens. Trouble over that and eventually it almost escalated to a fight. At last we were forced to turn back in horror at their inhuman use. All the hotel staff rushed towards us in a frenzy. I was very surprised at such a bad behavior of the employees of such a big hotel like Panthshala. I really want to know whether Panthshal and Karndhar are aware of this misbehavior of the staff? However, if you are not aware, be sure to take care of your staff.

Atleast provide liquid soap in washrooms adjacent to 2nd block conference room. Food is good and internal ambience ok.

আজ একটা তিক্ত অভিজ্ঞতা স্বীকার হলাম আরামবাগ পান্থশালা হোটেলে খেতে গিয়ে।
হোটেলে ওয়েটারদের জঘন্য ব্যবহার, তার সাথে অকথ্য ভাষার গালিগালাজ, যেটা আমরা কখনোই আশা করিনি।
ঝামেলাটা শুরু হয় এক প্লেট করাই চিকেন এ চিকেনের পরিমাণ নিয়ে, আমরা পেয়েছি ৪ পিস চিকেন কিন্তু ওনারা বলছো ওতে ৬ চিকেন ছিল। সেটা নিয়ে ঝামেলা এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত প্রায় ব্যাপারটা হাতাহাতি পর্যায়ে পৌঁছায়। শেষ পর্যন্ত আমরা ওনাদের অমানবিক ব্যবহারের কাছে ভীত সন্ত্রস্ত হয়ে ফিরে আসতে বাধ্য হলাম। সমস্ত হোটেলের স্টাফেরা মিলে একপ্রকার মারমুখী হয়ে আমাদের দিকে ধেয়ে আসে। ভীষণ অবাক হলাম পান্থশালার মতো এত বড় মাপের একটা হোটেলের কর্মচারীদের এরকম দুর্ব্যবহরে। ভীষণ জানতে ইচ্ছে করছে পান্থশাল আর কর্ণধার কি স্টাফেদের এই দুর্ব্যবহার সম্বন্ধে অবগত? যাইহোক যদি অবগত না হন তাহলে আপনার স্টাফেদের অবশ্যই খেয়াল রাখুন।

One of the best restaurants in Arambagh. It's the oldest one. Currently, they are providing Banquet hall facilities. They've opened a new section namely Garden Panthasala.

We went to Panthshala 04-10-222 to eat. There staff is extremely poor. Start with 1 plates of korai chicken. His commitment was 6 pieces of chicken but when we served it, there were 4 pieces. Even after checking the CCTV camera, it could not be seen that he had given 6 pieces of chicken. The staff there seems to get into a fight. Next time when you go to buy an item, take a look.

Went for lunch on the way back home. Decent place, good food, reasonable price. Recommended for one stop journey from Bankura to Kolkata.

Horrible food & highly unprofessional behaviour towards outsiders (as if we're Dacoits, coming with family).
They want every family members ID proof ️
