Rooms not of good quality.
Old styled (non renovated) shabby rooms.

Only location, that matters.

Horrible. Rooms are probably last cleaned and painted a few millenniums ago.resembles like ruins of mohenjo-daro harappa. I had an urgent work in VFS office and so book one night nearby.but it's a completely failed experiment.dirty room, poor bed and blankets.just rubbish and disgusting.

All rooms are not good and well furnished, bathroom and all room interior are going very old all bed and bed sheets are smaling bad and bad condition and water supply is not good in tap

Location is very Good. Rooms are big and specious, equipped with mini-fridge, TV, Geyser, Closet and window AC. Everything is good about room but a bit old. Hotel needs a makeover.
Staffs are soft-spoken but not professional. Bell boys are very lazy.

Personally its was difficult for us to dine in veg cum non veg service. Indeed all other amenities are good

At the reception we saw an antique telephone set hanging in a wall. Apart from that nothing in the place was memorable. Average welcome treatment at reception and below average rooms were provided for stay. Rooms provided at 4th floor but the lift access was blocked. A guest needs to reach 5th floor and using lift and come down to 4th using stairs. Not a good choice for old age guests.

It was very English style hotels.very well maintained, very clean, rooms are quite big as in rooms are perfect for the price charged. Good is just Yummy

There Delux suit room is Good and other rooms will look very dirty and and looks they painted those rooms a decades ago.

4. NOT WORTH A 200RS DORMITORT
WHY GOIBIBO, OFFERED FOR FOR 1465 IS uncomfortable to me, I recommend to stop using GOIBIBO for hotels choice.
5.complained to goibibo but no response and redress after fully paying the room amount in advance
6.i will hold goibibo responsible for listing such a dirty hotel without making any CHECKS and offering this hotel.

Not meet my expectations, room are not to good, couple friendly, fridge not working, bathroom tap are not working properly, geyser need lot more time to take hot water, food average not to much for the ammount they taken.

Overall review is good. Starting from people at the desk, cleaning staff, other staff, everyone is good and courteous.
Few rooms are old but the renovated ones are really good. Best part is it's very close to Gariahat Market.

Good hotel.its bice staffs are also good.and restaurant food is okay but costly. Unmarried couples can stay safely.

Very old building. Rooms are not maintained at all. Management is not bothering to fixed the issues. Only 2 service boy available to manage all floors. They are very strict on rules and regulations but in the name of services zero

Very bad experience. Could not stay in hotel for 2 minutes. We only checked rooms, rooms were smelly, very low lighting, carpets not cleaned, lots of dust. Walls are not even painted well. Other option we took is Park residency hotel.

Good place to have a gathering enjoying outdoor and indoor facility simultaneously. Food is also good but they need to be more generous in serving the food.

Hotel location is prime. It's an old facility but well maintained. Cleaness and hygiene was good. You can explore street food as well in this locality. Staffs were courteous.

The place is located at the heart if the city. Staffs are polite and courteous. But the property is old and need immediate renovation

Most vantage location of the hotel and fairly rooms are the plus points. Rest are all below average, esp lacks maintenance.

Worst experience.
They are looting his guest. Food are too costly, staff on reception are rude. They give folding in the name of extra cot and charge 600-700 rs per night. Room was dusty, unclean.

Very disappointed.very poor behaviour of staff.poor hygiene.totally waste of money.not at all same as photos.never stay if you want to save your money.

Pros- Right in Gariahat and that's it.
Cons- 1. Pathetic service, Stinking room, Thought very few staffs are good.
2. Didn't find any Receptionist professional and lack their gratitude.
3. TV isn't working well and display gone vertically in corners.
4. Giant Mistake- Charging irrelevant when you ask for Mineral Water Bottles as you can see in attachment that the bottle cost is Rs. 20 but charging 32 for it. When I questioned this to Management they said this price is fixed by Hotel Owner and they can't do anything about it. They mentioned, they've got very similar escalation from other travellers too but no action have been taken so far.
5. This is completely nonsense of the hotel management as they lack behind in compliance in many ways.
6. No towels were there in Bathroom when we checked In. Shower is not working.

Enough reason to rate this Hotel in Poor and Pathetic Category.

Horrible experience for the space they had given. In office conference they were supplying normal water filled by locally. No table being arranged before hand. Even the wall for projection was a disaster. Food was average. Overall can't do corporate meetings in this place

Best hotel for stay but food variety not available also complimented Breck fast menu have limited item

IPlace was good especially the staff, very sensible though the hotel was quite spooky at night it's made in pure Bengali style

Located in a prime location however the banquet ac needs to be improved with the lift convenience and the terrace needs to be little renovated and then it will become a perfect place for small parties. Otherwise it's a nice place to held a small parties for upper middle class people
