It was just 15 minute late in breakfast they charge for omlet.they are not familiar. Just want uo make money.

Recently they have started a road-side food service, just at their Exit-gate where they have started cheating people by providing low-quality food.they are charging Rs. 50/- for a cup of tea which is not even Rs. 5/- quality.it's the matter of 26th DEC'22 only when I clearly told them that please don't serve any tea which is prepared for a long time because it's very unhealthy and very low in taste and I also added to it that I can wait if you want to prepare a fresh tea and the lady nodded her head and asked me to wait for 10min which I did but unfortunately she served me with the same previously prepared tea instead of fresh tea which she pretended to prepare by then.this is not a matter of Rs. 50/- but a matter of breaking the trust of a valued customer.

Good place for lunch or snacking between shopping in Esplanade. The behaviour of the attendants was good. There are old-school cabins in which you can eat in some privacy. The food was good. Quantity and quality was average.

This my 2nd time visit and I'm not going there anymore. It's a non ac restaurant. Food quality and quantity is good. But the price is way high. We ordered a plate of mutton biriyani and chicken chowmin and ice cream. Stuff behavior isn't very pleasant either. Seems like they don't care much about their consumers. It basically keep going because of it's name, like coffee house.

The food was okay I guess. I ordered a special moghlai, which was dripping oil like crazy. The pudding was great though.

Behaviour of waiter was rude. And food is good bt price is too much asper portion of the food.

Quality of the restaurant has deteriorated over time, their mughlai is good. Rest are Ok types. The restaurant is in v good position, needs a makeover.

Royal, classic, tasty, pricing is slightly above average but the Ambience and location is the show stealer

Not so happy with the experience. Overpriced! There're a lot better restaurants out there

One of the very old eateries of Kolkata situated just beside Grand Hotel at the corner. They serve some really delicious foods though can't say about all the items as I haven't tried all, their Kabiraji, Moghlai Paratha, Mutton Kosha & Pudding are just too good.

One of the worst restaurant with over price and poor customer management and low quality foods.never ever go there.

Loved it, especially the food and its taste at an affordable price. Its a heritage resturant coz its very old and they are maintaing the quality and taste upto the mark.

A very old restaurant in the heart of Kolkata, known for the authenticity of the food. A nice place to have a refreshment after a hectic shopping routine in new Market. Absolutely loved the place the staffs are also decent.

Worse place to dine in, very expensive rate, and the food quality is very bad. Such a very bad experience in fooding.
