Peace and Nature homestay -

Peace and Nature is a very good place to stay for a few days as it offers excellent hospitality and great service. Food is as per your wish and the owners cater to your needs very well. They are wonderful hosts with a lot of warmth.

The place and view was excellent the owner of the homestay and his wife is very co operative and given their bestest efforts to fullfill our happiness.

Excellent home stay experience with Mr Bibesh and his wife. Taste of food was so amzing like I was taking home made food. It was the most pleasant experience staying in "Peace and Nature" home stay. Since the area having limited mobile phone network facility, the home stay is having a free high speed WiFi facility also. You can enjoy the pleasant sound of nearest fountain while at the home stay. I will always remember the professionalism show by both Mr Bibesh and his wife. I must recommend to plan your North Bengal, Sikkim and Dooars visit through Mr Bibesh.

Homestay is located at Rangli, Takdah. One of the best homestay i have ever stay. The owner bibesh and his wife are very much friendly. The food was great. Must visit the place.

Location: Instead of following maps you can contact the host directly so that he can guide u to this place. You can go to Rongli market and from the zero point you can take the route to this homestay.
Property: The rooms as well as washroom are quite spacious and well ventilated and well maintained.very appreciable.
Hospitality: The hospitality that u will get in this homestay is outstanding. The host and his family members are very familiar and well behaved. Spend some time with him you will get to know he is a good person.
Food: The quality and quantity of food is awesome. No extra charges for food as its a homestay.the vegetables that they use for making the food are grown by them only which is very good. You will be satisfied fully.

We stayed four days here.the hospitality they served to us was excellent.unique breakfast.amazing nature.we enjoyed our trip very much.

Located just opposite Batasia Loop, Gate No. 3, this was a place that made me feel like home. The young owner and his dynamic team take very good care of you, the food is freshly made and served warm with lots of love, rooms are spacious, clean and almost all with a view of the Batasia Loop in front and the wide mountainous horizon at the back from the long balcony.
It's luxury within your budget.

This homestay is very cozy. Well maintained and hygienic.food was also good. Overall it was a excellent experience.

We planned to go Takdah and will spend 3 nights over there. We (Me, my wife, my son and my father) reached at takdah dated 23/01/21. We select "Peace And Nature" Home stay for this takdah tour and for sightseeing they arranged for us. We are highly satisfied with their service. Our staying was beautiful, Room was net n clean, spacious and also famous for Hill view seating into room. Home stay owner and their family is very gentle and polite. Cooking was like home.and delicious.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr Bibesh Thapa who arrange whole tour plan for us. Very very nice person. He also gift us Derjeeling Tea.

This is a homestay, an actual homestay. You get to live in the same cottage as your hosts. And they are the best most gracious hosts you will encounter, always with an a smile on their face, happy that you are here. And their young son is a delight to interact with. But there's a hitch, the way from the main road to the cottage is a bit arduous, a no go for elderly; and avoid it if you want to party. The hostess is a really good cook, your tummy will have no complaints. I stayed here for a night in January 21. Will surely visit again.

The owner, Mr. Bibesh is very good and polite, along with his nephew. The room is quite good too, full 5 star for their hosting!

Excellent rooms with drawing room, kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. Most important is the owner Bibesh is always very carefully to give full attention to his guests. Food is excellent.

Bibesh is a great host. Happy and always smiling. The best part about the stay was he drove and guided us throughout the trip and guided us during sightseeing tour. The homestay is quite at hight and you have to cross steep steps. The hosts were very welcoming and they actually gave you an entire cottage to stay with one bedroom, one study, one kitchen and one bathroom. 24*7 hot water service is available. We enjoyed our trip.

This place is a perfect combination of bliss and warmth. Situated on of of the hills of North Bengal (Takdah), this was the best home-stay that one could ask for. The owner Mr. Bibesh Ghalay, is a genuine and a gem of a host who not only helped us in planning our trip (both in Darjeeling as well as in Takdah), but also made sure that our stay in his home was comfortable and amiable. The home-stay has two well decorated rooms and an equally arranged living room. It also has a clean kitchen and a spot-free washroom with all the essential amenities. The location is perfect for someone who would like to spend some time in the lap of mother nature without the hustle and bustle of the city (Darjeeling). It is a place to relax and enjoy home-made delicious food and enjoy the serenity of the hills with tea gardens sprawling all around. It is a place from where you can easily make a day trip to Lamahatta and Tinchuley. Overall, it is a very very cozy home-stay made just for relaxing and nurturing the inner peace of oneself.

Caution: This home-stay is in Takdah and not Darjeeling. Mr. Bibesh has a different lodge at Darjeeling as well (by the name Liza Hill), so kindly don't get confused between the two. Another thing is this place is located a bit uphill so, you have climb up a few steep stairs to access the main road (which makes it more like staying on a hill on a positive side).

PS: Food at this home-stay is lip-smacking and finger-licking, just like you would like to have at your home.

PPS: Mr. Bibesh is happy to help in any form or the other. So just ring him up to know more. He even plans tours and trips in Darjeeling and around, in Sikkim as well. He even drives himself and may take you on a tour if you are a small group.

Me & my Wife had been to LizaHill's Takdah Homestay 09-12 October 2019. Wonderful experience, both Bibesh & Suja are excellent hosts (residing besides the home stay), will make u feel at home. This property is a little uphill, exquisitely decorated, well furnished, neat & clean with 1 Drawing Room, 1 Bedroom (Have an extra Bedroom for big family), 1 Kitchen cum Dinning with Coffemaker, Water Heater etc, Little Dinning table with all utensils, even wine glass ha, ha, & Wash Room with Geyser, all neat & clean.what more do we want in a vacation. You can also cook if you wish. Its location is nice nestled with Tea Gardens all around & have proximity to near Tinchule, Lamahatta, Jorpokhri, Darjeeling. Really enjoyed the ambiance of the place & surroundings & sightseeing arranged by Bibesh. We preferred nice food supplied by Suja. She even arranged Medicine (antibiotic for my throat infection) from Medico at least 8-10km away, one know how diificult is it in hills. Since our train was from NJP was at 23.15 pm Mr Bibesh dropped us personally in his own car at NJP at evening. He also had a Homestay at Darjeeling overseeing Kunchanjungha. Will definitely come again at Takdah & also that time wish to stay at your Darjeeling Property. We missed one thing dear, you are a great cook Suja told but.lets have a taste next time.
Cons- If you really love solitude with greeny surroundings, mist, cloud & sunshine with all modern amenities you will really love the place.

It was such a nice experiance.absolutely homely atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated, neat and clean. View from our room was very eye soothing. I got everything what i needed, it was my honeymoon trip and they made it perfect. Suja madam and Bibesh ji are absolutely awsome they are very friendly. Hope we will meet soon.

It will definitely be undermining to say Bibesh's hospitality has only been excellent. This has been first home to welcome me to the land of mist, Takdah. I will go back time and again. With family, friends and myself, obviously.

I stayed at LizzaHill guest house for few nights. I had an awesome very quiet and restful time, with a warm welcoming. All I was looking for. And the food was perfect! If you're looking for village atmosphere, you can definitely go to Lizzahill for a real village experience! Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. The hosts will make you feel like home. People are extremely helpful and caring. To explain in one word "Awesome".

It's a perfect getaway from the usual hullabaloo and chaos of the city life. Up in the hills, amidst clouds, forest and quietude we have this amazingly maintained and aesthetically dainty cottage. And all this for a reasonable sum! Hosts are extremely homey and cooperative. Regarding any query during your hilly trip Mr. Bibesh Ghalay will be more than happy to help you! Please make it a point to stay over here when you visit Takdah Tinchuley (It's slightly outside proper Takdah.)
*For old people or pregnant women or people with knee problem this place is not an ideal choice. Since one has to hike a bit upwards. Otherwise it's a hidden gem.
