One day we went to the hotel and ohh God the ac was not cooling at all. It was crowd but the staff were telling it's because of crowd. Crowd is everywhere but the ac there works well. But other than that it's good.

Nice and descent hotel in purulia. With a feel of a star hotel (3). But its the maximum luxury option available in Purulia.

Ambience is good but not worth 5 Star as the waiting time for food is high. Food quality can improve.

It's the finest Hotel in Purulia, I have been there for 4 times and the service, quality and the ambience in Top Notch. Had a wonderful hosting by Mr Debashis who heads the establishment.

It's the best hotel in Purulia n the only 4 star property, I stayed here for 2 nights.
I enjoyed my stay.
Food is okay, the pubs are also fine but the infinity swimming pool is the coolest n has separate small pool for children as well.
Recommend for families, group of friends or even for those travelling solo as your overall experience will be good.

First they told us the refrigerator in our room was for display only. Then the technician told us he will fix it. The manager then told us its due to lightening that all the compressors are now damaged. Finally when we confronted them they finally replaced our refrigerator. All this time, they charged us for ice!
We tipped everyone very generously but nothing got done. They kept telling us what not to do!
Food is average at best. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the room was actually pretty nice for the area. But the lies from the managers left a bad taste in our mouth.

Very Non courteous front desk official. We stayed for 2 nights. In the morning of 10th Feb 9.30am while leaving the hotel, our car won't start for battery discharge, a request to the front desk official did not yield any help. The official does not have a permission to extend such help.

The food was absolutely wonderful from preparation to presentation.n stuff services. Very pleasing. Especially enjoyed on the game zone n special pub. Decoration was great (even we took photos so we could try to replicate at home)

It's okay standard wise in purulia, good location, the food is not that great, high tariffs, and also If you have mistakenly put a mark on one of the towels they provide in the room like even a small bit they will ask you to pay DAMAGE CHARGES (So keep that in mind guys).

A 3 star hotel here in our district purulia with great facility. It is one of the best hotel in purulia.

Place is very good, but for vegetarians it's not a place to visit and also the taste was not up to mark assuming the price you are paying.

Marvelous rooms and service, staffs are polite and well mannered. The bar is just amazing and comfy. Very appreciable environment and you get value for money.
