Tiny puppies stacked as luggages in tiny cages one over the other. Stop buying from such shops and stop this inhumane practice.

Finally I found a store in Kolkata which has some good collections of toys. And also Kong toys. Very nice behaviour by the employees. I will surely come back again when I am visiting Kolkata.

Disgusting place. Tiny puppies stuffed and caged one on top of the other. They have been stacked in humanely. Unlicensed dog breeder who are r4ping female dogs and making money out of them. The pups are sickly and malnourished. It’s a sad pathetic sight. Everyone so obsessed with breeds. Disgusting shop.

Expired medicines and grooming products, poorly treated and unhealthy dogs, ill behaved staff and highly unprofessional behaviour! Highly disappointed!

In reply to the owner, I went to buy alfiroxx 57 in the month of July 2023 and also was trying to buy a shampoo from your Jodhpur Park store. All the shampoos in the rack were past the expiry date! Virbac which was my choice of shampoo had all the bottles past expiry and so were Erina, Himalaya and other brands. The assistant was there and you were not. Remember I even called you from the store asking for the price of the French bulldog puppy and you replied 35000 rupees. The date of this total incident was 04.07.2023. I also have my call record and debit card receipt to confirm my claim. Stop pretending!

You people are fraud. I have to run to the vet every alternate day so that I don't loose my pup. If there is any serious illness, your least courtesy should be to let the owner know about it so that they can take needed action. If anything goes wrong there will be LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU ALL. BE ASSURED.

I get my monthly supplements and medicines from the shop which are delivered free of charge to my home. Their stock is awesome unlike most other shops. Even the most rare and costly items are available. Their discounted rates are very helpful. I also get my dog's weight checked here and the machine is accurate. Satisfied with their service. Don't use them for vets or for buying dogs so can't comment.

The good thing is that here are good doctors always available. Also have good stock of pet foods and accessories.

One of the best pet stores in kolkata. Variety of pet products are available and staffs are nice.
