Best allrounder option for stay and fooding.
Great location at city's center with easy transport options to any place.
Amicable staffs and good facilities of clean rooms, toilets, food, wifi, parking and security.

Budget stay option at very conveniently located place & gr8 food. Not recommended for family.

Worst behavior
Charged us extra for already broken tap.they blamed us as if the tap was a showpiece that got broken

The reseptions does not allow the visitors to even go to the washroom if asked why they say that there is no washroom available in the hotel given the fact that the people come in the vetenary hospital which is just below the hotel

Each and every staff of this place is awesome. Bikers or anyone looking for a hotel to stay in siliguri. This is the destination. Kudos to Sayan who will definitely help you in this place.

Room r big but service is not good, location is okay but room are so ugly and dirty sometimes, every room TV is not working some lights its not working condition and no geyser available at this price some rooms are not clean properly Nd not found intercom in this room.

It's my favorite place to stay in siliguri. Visited many times. Reasonable price good rooms. Most importantly underground parking.

We bikers can park bike safely at night.
Sometimes even I don't open luggage from bike.

Best budget hotel in prime location at Siliguri. Last 15 years I used to staying here. Home like feeling for me.

Nice place for spending few days with or without family. But after lockdown little bit below par in terms of facilities offered. Perfect place for business personnel or service personnel as this hotel is right at the center of the city and very near to the main bus stand as well as the city junction. Staffs are also helpful and polite.

Best room for one night stay for bikers, 800 to 1000 max room cost.

It was really a great stay in Phoenix lodge. Staff's are humble and good and rooms were clean and well organized. If you want food, they can arrange it instantly from their own kitchen. Food was tasty. What i loved about this place is the parking lot. You've a decent parking space on the basement area. No worries about rain or sunlight. Park your bike or car without any problems. Best for bike riders, those who going towards Sikkim or returning from there, it's a great place to stay.

I have stayed here quite a few times, very elegant hotel, neat & clean, very cooperative staffs and reasonable budget. Food is very good.

It was an horrible experience. We reached at this lodge on 12am. We had booked 3 room. But they provide us only 2 rooms. They even didn't provide us drinking water. Management was so poor. Won't recommend this hotel to any one.

Poor management, we have done advance for 3 rooms but we got only 2 rooms when we reached over there, the stuffs behaviour is horrible, didn't give us any room service or anything

I think it is the best budget friendly hotel in siliguri. Staff's behaviour is awesome. Reception guys, room boys all are very good people. Room is very much cleaned. One thing they need to improve is the Tv cable connection. If they improve it I will give them 5 star next time.

Very bad lodge in mohanandapur.far distance from NJP rail station.near about 5 km.not a quality lodge.only for night stay possible.no matress.cockroch available in rooms.bed cover so bad. TV old generation.but wify available.

This lodge is located quite in the center of the city. The food and rooms are reasonable for the price. This place is okay if you are looking for budget accommodation. Not recommended if you are looking for deluxe or luxary accommodation. As the lodge is just adjacent to a busy road, the rooms are very noisy. The place is very hard to access because the road in front of the lodge is very narrow. No place for 4 wheeler parking. Only 2 wheels can be parked.

I being in industrial sales profession since 1984 & had the opportunity to tour all officially & on that experience my comments are.

It's situated near main market (such as Hill cart Road, Seth srilal Market, Bidhan Market and sevok Road) and Surya Sen Park. Mahananda river bank is Back Side of this hotel. S medium standard hotel.

Comfy and I'm telling you that the staffs are truly honest, sincere and dedicated to their guests!

This lodge is actually pretty good the services here were upto the mark the cleanliness was up to the mark. Personally me and my family did not face any type of problem. It was good.

Nice place to settle down for a night at siliguri for cheap before heading towards sikkim or darjeeling who are travelling by road
