I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent five-star hotel, and it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of opulence and refinement.
The service here is impeccable; every member of the staff anticipates your needs with a warm smile. The concierge team helped me secure reservations at the city's top restaurants and provided invaluable local recommendations.
The rooms are nothing short of lavish. My suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience one could desire.

The staff call me for a froud call, thay ask me to you get a couple dinner free from them side and thay asking some private details, and how thay use it that doesn't know anyone, I suggest you people don't go this hotel without background check the hotel, be aware from the froud.

Noises from other rooms till midnight. People drunk and shouting! Other than that, it is convenient.

We took 15 rooms & the banquet for four, five days in June 23 for our Son's Marriage. We enjoyed like anything the excellent hospitality, food, behaviour of the staffs. It would not be out of place to mention that the F&B Manager Mr Sandip Kundu who was our one point contact was so helpful that we never faced any issues during our stay or any other subject matter. I went there for business meeting purpose. The rooms are quite huge and the foods are omg it's so so delicious. Ech and evry foods are lip smackig.

I went there to have a nice buffet but the food available in buffet menu wasn't good.
Later i ordered food from there menu card. Which was really good.
They serve pork which kind of made my experience a bit bad.

I went there to book a hall for a ritual purpose. Their Malhaar hall is very spacious, clean, well lit with very nice sitting arrangements. I didn't went to any rooms but understood those are also spacious and well furnished. Washrooms are very clean and hygienic as well. Had a cup of tea and feel the services as good and professional. They has a vallet aided parking. Location of this hotel is very nice. I just loved it.

It was not an actually planned for staying here. Got the reference from my about friend for Pipal Tree. Seriously they are amazing, Got a very warm welcome from the reception person, they are actually know the value of the guest. Given very nice room, well decorated and specious. Foods are amazing. They has the signature restaurant TAMARA, here they serve unique service. Prompt service given by the reception staff whenever required. Strongly recommended this hotel again. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel staffs are very nice. Food quality is also good along with good location. Outside food is also allowed. You can order food from zomato as plenty of options available because the hotel is located in center of food hub.

Ill maintained. Though staffs are good and polite but the property has detiorated and needs renovation.

They are so confused.i wanted to check out after 12 so i confirmed with one of the receptionist over the call and they said that it's absolutely okay you will be no charged. And when i came down the manager said that you will be charged for the day that was about 2240 rupees. I just hated it that why they don't say it over the phone i shouldn't have packed my luggage.

Food was good. The fish was delicious and hospitality was great. Chilli chicken was not that great.

We'd attended a wedding party. Though space was good with the total invited guestline, the food was awful. One can never imagine to be served such poor food. Except for the chicken kabab served as a starter, all dishes tasted cheap. Something made at a roadside joint. The ice cream served was too poor in quality.

The washroom was so small with a common entrance for both sex. Untidy and unhygienic.

I recommend none to host parties here at the banquet.

The Place was very good and very nice ambience, but the food that the caterers served was not upto the mark right and we expect much good food from them but the decor was excellent must visit but suggestion is there that the food should be tasted and then served.thanks

It was a mixed feeling of disappointment and disgust.while check-in i was asked for my exact check-out time.secondly the bed and the pillows are a nightmare to sleep on.taking to the reception for any reason was a different level of headache.

Loved the ambience, very serene and peaceful. Food was great. Reasonable prices. Good staff behaviour. Overall a fabulous place to relax and spend time with loved ones.

Very beautiful place with beautiful people. My marriage reception was organised by them at the rooftop.the ambience was awesome

Went at this place for lunch, to try out some aunthentic continental dishes with family, the ambience of the place is just great and as well as their authentic and unique concept of the restraunt. We decided on ordering, for mocktails their pineapple drink with vanilla ice cream and homemade spices, for starters we ordered the homemade nachos, chilli mushroom, stuffed chicken tangri, for main course we ordered their delicious mushroom risotto with garlic bread, lamb steak with mashed potatoes, and Tamara's signature chicken steak with wedged potatoes. For desserts we had the mudcake with caramelized bananas and ice cream. My personal favorite and ending the meal on a sweet note, was the chocolate paan. This place is surely recommended!

Good hotel. Room's are ok & clean. Service good. Seminar/ conference halls are there. Price reasonable. Only problem coffe shop displays liqueur

Location is good.its near the airport. Taken dinner there which was good & the complementary breakfast also.

No good food choices around, had to wait forever for the room to be ready. There was a damp smell in the room

It's not my Frist time.we go to Tamara since last 4yr so many time.bt nw the quality of food and hygiene decrease so much, even after eating last Saturday I suffer from food poison also.so it's really necessary to maintain their hygiene now.even now u can see cockroaches in restaurant
