Delivery is bad.it takes too long and dnt dare to order their Garlic bread.it's too hard to chew it

We went to Pizza hut on the occasion of Poila Boisakh. We ordered Chicken wings, Garlic bread, Chicken Pizza & 2 soft drinks combo. Garlic bread & wings were very good in taste, but the pizza was not so good. The crust of the pizza was dry. Overall experience was good

Absolutely worse than any pizza. I ordered cheese burst and yet it did not feel like any cheese that dominos serves. Dominos is far better than this along with charges they take. Don't know they discriminated on my hijab or what but overall the food was absolutely disgusting. Not worth it.

Good place for spend time with friends and family. The ambience is perfect for couples. I ordered cheese pepperoni pizza and it's delicious, covered with cheese. The pizza they offer exactly same as the picture. Staffs are well behaved. One problem is that they are not serve you free drinking water.

Well, I loved their thin crust pizza, but now, its no longer available. A.c wasn't working. So, dining experience was okayish. Pizza was very plain, not quite suitable for indian taste. But, overall nice.

As usual the taste was standard but the service was very slow, maybe because of the pandemic but all in all the food was great as always

This Branch is the Worst.
1. Ordered them triple chicken feast WITH sausage.
2. Told them to make two separate bills for two separate sets of items. My fault was too trust them fully. They made all the transactions from my card in s single invoice. Such callousness can't be expected from pizza hut guy.

Totally disappointed. They couldn't even help in anyway also.

My five star rating is specifically for the manager of this location. Mr. Ujjwal is awesome. I ordered for a take out and my order got mixed up and I ended up with a completely different order. I called the Pizza Hut and spoke with the manager. He was very polite and responsive. He took my order again and delivered it to my place for no extra cost. I give him five star for his awesome customer service.

Price is a bit higher as compared to dominos. I felt pizza hut's pizza crust is more tasty than dominos's.

I usually order potato cruncher whenever I visit any pizza hut outlet. This was the worst potato cruncher I ever had. Sticky, black potatoes, super oily, and the mayo in the center, it was some kind of super liquid chutney. I guess it was supposed to be a thick creamy mayonnaise.

Personal preference: Domino's is much better than Pizza Hut. Quality and taste of the pizza was not equating well with it's price.

It was all about past or about it now this is actually better than domino's

Nice place.courteous staff with good spacious environment for hangouts and mini celebrations or dates for couples.

Pizza Hut wins hands down if you compare their pizzas with Dominoes. This time when I went with my wife almost after 8 months, was pleasantly surprised with the prompt service. The quality of Pizzas has also improved. Potato crunches were awesome and were actually hot and crunchy unlike last time when they were served soggy. The ambience is typical pizza hut and we loved it very much.

Pizza Hut does not deliver in Newtown area (near Uniworld City) where we live and there is no restaurant nearby. Would like open nearby soon.

Service extremely delayed. Order placed not delivered but charges added to the bill.had to get the same corrected.a very bad experience.

Nice little outlet of Pizza Hut. The service is satisfactory. The food is better than you- know-who. But i feel that this outlet is understaffed. So, when, you place your order, it might be quite some time before you get your food.

The pizza bread here, is definitely better than the ones at Domino's. But the Triple Chicken Treat pizza was not so tasty.could have been better.the spices seemed inadequate. The atmosphere was good.with nicely done walls and comfortably spaced sitting arrangement.

Quality of Pizza excellent, afterall not better than any one but service can better than the recent.

Very poor experience. I went for lunch. Though the food was good, the serving and overall experience is poor. The food was server w/o any cutlery or tissue paper on table. When after asking about hand tissue, the gave counted napkins per person on the table. The drinks came after the bill was presented though the drinks order was made atleast 15 mins before we completed the food. I will avoid PizzaHut @ CC2 Kolkata.

Freshly baked and yummy pizzas. Best thing of that they keep adding new items in their menu from time to time.

Pizza hut is always the first go-to place when we think of pizzas. But lately my experience there is of falling standards of the quality of pizzas both toppings and crusts.

Poor quality of pizza. Substandard service. ACs probably switched off to save cost. Repeated requests to fix AC didn't help.

Stuffs are very well behaved and always guide us about on-going offers. Pizzas are always more than good in Pizza Hut. A perfect party place for all ages.

Hopeless restaurant.provide pathetic service.they kept me waiting more than 2hours to deliver.pizza.when you are not skilled and capable of delivery to the online food delivery apps then why should you accept order.

The food was good but I am disappointed with the current staff. The service was a bit slow and the behaviour was a bit cold too.

Great staffs. Well decorated. Spacious and all menu items were available. Liked the mojito specially along with the garlic bread combo.

I felt humiliation, me and my friend get there for lunch, too hot inside, so I asked to turn on the ac, they forced me to sit front of the gate, sarved my order without single napkin, it was hot pizza, I was taking one hour to finish a midium size pizza, at the hour marked 2 of pizza hut stuff making laugh about me taking one hour to finish a medium size pizza, I didn't feel good, and I can assure I will not go there ever again.

They always miss something.you will get only bread sometimes.if you order nonveg pizza, they will send you only bread without any ingredients. And they always take much time to deliver, that's why the pizza is so cold like ice. And the price.very high.you can say thieves, they stole hungry people's money from many years. Shame pizza hut.

Everyone knows the taste of legendary Pizza Hut, Better than Domino's in my opinion. The main difference is the crust, the crust is very crunchy. Enjoyed a Chicken Tikka Pizza with my group of friends. It was a great day:)

Ambience is good and my rating is for that only but the main reason to be there, i.e, pizza was not upto the mark.less cheese lacks taste.ordered chicken but came with more capsicum and onion.highly priced and not value for money.atleast not for me.

The pizza was good, the price was okey. Didn't have to wait long after placing the order. They also suggested a change to our order to give us a better deal. Only reason I deducted one star is because they failed to mention the changes in crust in their suggested order, which deviated from our original order a bit. I recommend making absolutely sure you know what you are getting if you accept their offer of changing your order.

In the heart of the City centre 2 mall. As same but decent choices are available. Service was good and was served hot. Choosing a pizza type is somehow difficult but the guy working there helped in a way that we often wanted to listen. You know what I mean.

Service too bad, staff debated for the sitting place asked us to shift to other tables though the table wasn't reserved.

It's a very nice family restaurant with a very good food standard. One must visit this restaurant. Their stuffed crust pizzas are heaven. The choco chip cookie Sunday is best dessert one can ever have. They also serves very nice pastas. Once you eat pizza of pizza hut then you'll never eat pizza at Domino's. They are the best pizza chain.
