Pizza Hut

I wanted to Try veg pizza, that's a very simple order a veg pizza, the attendant said can I make it a paneer pizza and i though it was the topping, paneer cubes on top of a veg pizza that's OK too, but when I got the pizza it was completely different, everything was wrong, first it was not standard pizza, second the base was uncooked the topping was wrong they removed the veg part from the order there was no veg in that pizza there was nothing there, just couple of tomato cubes and paneer that's it. It was such a horribly experience that I have decided never to set foot again in pizza hut, Dominos pizza is just right next and they make way better pizza than. I have tried pizza from pizza hut before in ahmendabad but it was not this bad, this kind of unprofessional attendant are bad for business, I specifically ordered a veg pizza was it really hard to understand the most basic form of pizza. I am not going back there ever, anyways it has a decent guest capacity. Parking is available since it's on a highway.

Pay carefully. Taking double payment on any pretext here, then return is given but not again.

Had a takeaway order yesterday and it was just awesome! It will be better if they start delivery also. Nevertheless the food was very good. Really satisfied.

First outlet in Barrackpore. Spce wide. Staff behaviour awesome. Take some time to spent here.

With polite staff and a relaxing ambience, this outlet of Pizza Hut felt amazing to dine in! Not to mention, the pizza was absolutely delicious!

Went for the first time and the experience was too good! Polite behaviour by the staff and everything was clean and good! The timing of the order was on time!

Food is excellent and services are also good. Staff behavior is very polite. Location is also good.

Worst pizza ever!
They just robbed my money in the name of their BRAND!
So it happened that on Kali Puja- Diwali night I ordered a MALAI TIKKA CHICKEN PIZZA as my dinner they promised to give the delivery within 30 mins but it came very late instead. Even more importantly, the pizza was very cold & tasted stale it was filled with Jalapeños instead of chicken & the taste was just horrible …. Never imagined that Pizza Hut will degrade down to this quality one day!

I ordered A Medium sized Malai Tikka Chicken pizza - but they gave a regular one instead! But took the price of a medium sized pizza only, then there were very less quantity of chicken in the pizza that too if very poor quality rather very raw chicken in taste & not cooked properly. I ordered Cheese Burst - they even took the charge for the same but to my dismay there was completely no sign of cheese in the pizza at all! I urge team Pizza Hut to take strict actions against it ASAP! Before they start loosing their name & brand value!

The behavior of the staffs towards single people are very bad!
These staffs only attend couples with great attention.

The ambience of this newly opened outlet of Pizza Hut is really great. We ordered Veg Exotica Pizza which was devoid of garlic and onion. We also ordered masala Pepsi. The pizza tasted really great with lot of cheese in it. The bread was very freshly baked and the pizza was delivered very hot with delivery time of less than 15 minutes. They also provided a pizza cutter which was also great. Overall, the experience was really nice.

Visited this outlet twice. My experience was good. Staffs are very helpful. Especially a didi. My favourite is Malai chicken tikka pizza and Creamy garlic bread stix.

First of all I am very happy that Barrackpore has it's own pizza hut now, no need to go far for "pizza hut ka pizza" second of all the ambience is good, the interior is spacious and the staff's behavior is very friendly and nice

They didn't give all the items mentioned in pizza.
Only 8 thin slice of chicken sausage was given in the medium size of pizza.
Very disappointing.
Don't choose pizza Hut.
They don't talk about the offer.
Boycott pizza Hut.

Good enough for having snacks the pizza base was excellent very different from Domino's you will really like it.

Horrible cheese garlic bread. Nowhere matching with Pizza hut garlic bread standard. Garlic bread is having no trace of garlic and absolutely hard and dry. Cheese was for namesake. Quality wise it was worse than INR 15 street side bread butter

Prompt service. Food as usual is at par. Conveniently located along BT Road, near Barrackpore, just beside Domino's.

Service is nice, well behaved staffs. I tried malai tikka chicken pizza with kebab crust which was super yum.jamuntini is an absolute favourite.but I tried potato wedges which weren't good at all.it needs to be more fluffy from the inside and have more flavour. They tasted burnt.
