Disastrous experience. I ordered (through Swiggy) for Pasta Box where I was supposed to get a Cheesy Mushroom Pasta, Garlic Bread & Pepsi alongside a pizza. But, the Garlic Bread & Pepsi were not delivered. This shows pathetic level of "Eye For Details" at Pizza Hut outlet.

Not the best pizza. It's fine. I ordered 2 pizza's, one was a literal spice bomb and the other literally tasted like plain bread.

The pictures that was given in the app and in the reality it has a really a huge difference.we didn't like thee pizza it must have cheese which we didn't got in any of the piece

Amazing teste and pocket friendly. I love there pizza. It was so crunchy and hot. Though they come from a long distance but yet it was hot. Will eat and explore there other dishes also.

Service is too slow. They say 10-15 mins but it takes ages. Been waiting for half an hour now and we are still waiting.

Super disappointed with the Cleanliness. It was very dirty, tissues and food particles were spread everywhere. Even tables were not cleaned. Very disappointing, please check all these matters. Hope we get to see the hygienic Pizza Hut next time.

Received half baked pizza, and took 3 hours to prepare pizza. The management tried to cover it up by lame excuses.

Never going to order from Pizza Hut. The management needs to be own their toes about handling of cooking and sense of responsibilities among the employees.

The standard has gone down significantly. It was a much better QSR before, but after the restructuring the pizza tastes different. But I must say, the newly introduced momo pizza and cheesy baked momos are awesome. One must try these two. I hope pizza hut stands out again as before and maintain its quality.
