Ordered a wobble head worth 4K. After 15 days they asked for confirmation on picture which I confirmed. The order came after many more days and was not at all what I had ordered. There is no customer care response and they denied replacement/refund. There is no personalisation and they are giving same item to everyone and pocketing 10 times money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Please do not order anything from them. They do not deliver and no customer service and no refunds. Its been 2 months since i have been chasing them. 15k down the drain

Very bad service. If you get a disputed product then there is no easy way to seek help from customer care. Customer care service does not work. There is no one to pick up the call.

I got a worst product. After many hard work I got a watsapp number to request for help. It may does not help you because when the item is replaced, I got the product with 3 disputes.

I took it because if I did not accept it then they will not refund the money. Loss is mine.

Don't place any orders in this site. I got product with worst quality and late delivery, kindly don't waste time and money. They have some good stuff but need to be a lot quicker in delivering items. I ordered a personalised photo number collage (PC1212A) on the night of 18th May and received it on 23rd May afternoon. Their mention of "Shipped in 1 Business Day (s) " against the item was misleading and they have added a provision to pay extra for "express delivery. " When I paid for "express delivery", I assumed that the item will be delivered by the evening of next day. However, I received the design only by evening of the next day, possibly just before the designer closed work for the day! Net result, I received the item on 4th day after the event.

Like in most reputed e-commerce websites, they should clearly and transparently provide information about the expected delivery date when the customer's pin code is typed. They should also ideally mention from which location the item will be dispatched.

Further, they do not update the status of delivery. On 21st May, upon seeing that the delivery status has not moved on the website, I called them. They told me that the dispatch has been made but could not confirm when this happened. Like in other e-commerce sites, they should update the status of work and delivery on a real-time basis, so that customer can track the order (eg, 'Design completed', 'Design approved', 'Packed and ready for dispatch', 'Out for delivery', 'Delivered').

I was a little sceptical about the whole customization process, like how can it be online but it was so smooth that it was amazing.

You have to upload the photo while ordering then a design will be prepared by Presto which is sent to us for approval through WhatsApp. After that it is sent for production and sent to us.

I have gifted it to my GF and she was overwhelmed by its beauty.

I placed a same day delivery order on 7th, paid extra for expedited shipping and received the items late at night on 9th. After the event was over. Got absolutely no help or support from their contact number or mail, even after their commitment. Cheap services compared to FnP and others, hence the 2 stars. I vow never to approach them again.

Hi I had ordered for a personalized photo collage for the occassion of my sister's birthday. While the product was good & well made, the product was delivered 3 days in advance inspite of my instructions to deliver nearer to her birthday. Also a last minute addition of a quote was negated citing the product has gone for production. Given the delayed delivery requested I feel the production could also have been delayed & the change accomodated.
While at Presto you deal with customized gifts you should also realize the sentiments & emotions involved with customers when they send the gifts. Delivering a birthday gift 5 days before the birthday takes away a major part of the fun & surprise element which is equally important as the quality of the product. I do understand planning a delivery on a particular day is often risky due to unforseen circumstances but in my case I had kept a buffer of 2 days in consultation with Presto representative. Still the instruction was ignored & gift got delivered too early. Its also often a challenge speaking to your representative in the nos given as no one takes the calls

Ordered a 3d crystal. Due to sume error from designing team got a 2D desgined instead.

Was very disappointed but after getting back to their consumer care.
Got a free replacement of crystal in 3D design. (actually 2.5D as that's what's best posible for converting pic to 3d) and a new revolving base. And they are not accepting price for the additional base they sent with the new replacement crystal.
The replacement crystal was shipped promtly and received me in time for the occasion of rakhi.
Very happy n satisfied with the new 2.5 D engraved persoanlised crystal.
