Prime Murti Resort & Spa, Dooars

Prime Murti is situated in Batabari, Jalpaiguri district, approximately 7 kilometers from Chalsa, a major market.
It's close to the serene Murti River.

The positives include its proximity to the forest, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation, affordable fast food options nearby, daytime transportation choices, and clean, spacious rooms.
On the flip side, if you're expecting a jungle experience with wildlife sightings, that won't be the case. Despite its current tranquility, upcoming projects suggest potential crowding in the future.

The resort is located very near to Murti River. We had booked a suite room with bath tub and the condition of the room was not very well maintained. The rooms given the conditions are overpriced. The service was good. The food quality was average. Travel desk at the resort is good. Biggest disappointment for me was the quality of rooms. The doors and walls are in poor state and need to be redone. There are better alternatives available at similiar prices. There is playing area for the kids in the resort. Other wise a very average experience.

Property Good, but management should be more cautious of poolside activity. It's just horrible sound pollution and unethical activities. Reception Mam behavior good.

The environment and ambience of the hotel is very good and specially the front office people were always ready to help us but the condition of some rooms were not upto the mark immediate renovation needs to be done. But overall experience was good

My child went from her school. Horrible rooms and no house keeping service at all. The bedsheets were not changed, the bathrooms were not cleaned. The door bell was not working.
I will not give a single star but without giving one my review will not be posted.

Great experience, had fun there are the staff was also very good, the management was perfect, specially Mr Arpit das the manager there was very good. Overall the great experience and good behavior of staff.

I had an amazing stay at Prime Murti Resort and Spa. The rooms were neat and spacious, washroom was clean. I had a fun time at the swimming pool area. Thanks to Mr. Arpit Das for his amazing service and helpful nature.

We had a corporate event yesterday the venue was fantastic food quality was great staff was professional and the GM Mr. Arpit really helped us make this event a grand success!

It is an awesome place to stay with great comfort and cleanliness. The manager Mr. Arpit Das along with the staffs are so customer centric and friendly, even a 5 star rating seems to be less.

Very old property without proper maintenance. We booked two room for weekend for 5 people. Got room number 304 and 308.304 has water leakage on wall and health faucet was not working properly. In breakfast they offer only boiled egg and as we order omlet they charged it separately, although they never mentioned it while serving. Room service is very very poor, if you ordered anything, you need to wait for at least 30-45 minutes.

Property is good, rooms ok, food good but service is pathetic. They take a long long time to deliver food in room as they say shortage of staff

Not much to say. Descent bedroom. You can't use swimming pool coz it's surrounded by the building and everybody would be looking at u through window. Nothing special.

I have visited the place to attend my official meeting.

The resort is located at the last point of Murti River bank.

Largely spreading mountains and jungle will block your view.

Facilities are okayish, but service is not upto the mark at all! Certainly a bit better this time than the last time I visited but still, needs to improve a lot in terms of professionalism and etiquette.

My stay in prime murti was short and not at all enjoyable. The room we were given came with a list of faults. Three out of five lights were not working, with one working light occassionally flickering, telephone was out of order, faucet was defective, even the door couldn't be closed properly. On top of that, complaining to the reception was of not much help either.
Another problem was with the food. Even though the food was of decent quality, ordering it was a confusing procedure. No menus were available in the restaurant and when asked for one they ran around to get it. Finally when the order was placed, if took them around 45 mins to serve only pakoda and chai. But on the upside, the portions were quite large.
Checkout time of 9 am also doesn't make sense.

Location, Ambiance, Food everything was excellent. Mr. Surajit was extremely helpful to solve every problem that we faced. We stayed there from13th to 15th March'22. Service boy Subho Mondal took great care, he is truly a good human.
Food was really good, thanks to the chef. Chinese dishes were awesome. Only information that we did not get was about the safari at Medla forest. If we knew the ticket counter of Medla forest then broker/ tout would not have cheated us.
I recommend stay at this hotel.

Its very bad. Poor maintenance and 24*7 there is generator or water pump's noise on my head. I went there to relax but came back with head ache. Food taste bad too

Nice place with good support staff. Rooms are good enough but the rate is higher than similar rooms in other hotel. Plenty of amenities are available viz. Billiards board, Carrom board are at the service of the guest. Two small swimming pools are also available for kids and adults. The hotel has few rooms with moorti river view side.

Service was good and courteous. Rooms were neat. Food was like home cooked meals, not many varieties but tasty and hygienic. My thanks to all the staff of Prime Murti.

Rooms are not worth the price, not well maintained. Service is very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Room service for food is very poor. There is no one to attend to guest requirements.

The place MURTI itself is one of a kind beautiful landscape and wildlife.
The area has plenty of resorts but Prime Murti was awesome.

Rooms, Food, staff and also behavior was so good, I stayed two days with 2 days with 10 persons.
