Worst experience specially when watching a movie in the morning. Never come in the morning to watch a film here specially if it's in English. They don't even open the ticket counter and popcorn stalls even 10 minutes before the show starts and you have to wait for eating something till the interval. The color grading also seemed to be not up to the mark and the experience while watching a 3D movie here is 3rd class.

Very poorly maintained in terms of a multiplex. The screen size is very small and dark. Picture quality is blurry. And a horrible sound experience. Too much bass, you cant even understand the dialogues sometimes due to bad sound quality.seats are good and comfortable.

The workers of the hall is bunch of thieves, they have taken our 100 rupess extra but we're not accepting, but it was caught on the cctv camera and was verified that they have taken it and they ar so rude by the way and the hall is to bad. This incident took place at 14 th October 2022, the movie was Code Name-Tiranaga. Visiting this cinema hall is nothing but waste of money. The sound cracks the screen is not properly set. Not proper sitting facility. And I have all the recordings of yesterday's incident if any one wants prove i can give it. I will recomend not to go to bioscope

Really the best resort you can have in jungle.staffs are really good and are always available for you enjoyment.the service is descent.everything is this place is just awesome.and the food is like home really tasteful and fresh food.budget friendly place.the saff take us for trekking and we have visited some nice place.really I love this place resort everything is just beyond my words ️

Broken seats, inadequate and inefficient staff, dirty surroundings and pray you don't have to use the washroom!

Also, there is a food shop, but the price is too high.
Overall it's a top class cinema hall in City centre as well as Durgapur.

Purchased tickets for the show 8: 10 PM but show started at 8: 50PM in Durgapur junction mall Bioscope. They are not punctual about their time. Also not informed us for being late.

Sound quality is not so good and also the screen is avg.else everyithing is good.telugu movies are also released here

Their prices are reasonable, but their seats are not that comfortable. I would say you should not book tickets for the first show of the day.

I say never watch a 3d movie here. The specs are so bad that u can’t even see a little thing. Me and my friends have to watch the whole movie without the specs. The seats are very bad. And they didn’t even clean the hall. It was the worst experience.

Very bad experience, they started the movie 15 mins after the scheduled time. Went to popcorn and they couldn't provide 100 rupees change for a 70rupees popcorn. The quality of the screen is not up to the mark.

Went to watch Abar bochor kuri por along with 10 other people on Thursday. They made me wait for 1.5hours after which they purposely cancelled the show giving reason that they are loading other movies for Friday release. The person in the ticket counter was very rude as well. Worst experience ever

After watching eternals, i really regret for why am i choosed this cinema hall for watching a 3d Marvel movie.

Awesome nook to visit. Originally named as Nabanna Mela. This is actually a festival of different types of crafts and colours. Brought to us by Sienna trust. Various craftsmen with their artwork come to join this festive occasion just before the festival of colours.

Lesser ticket prices compared to others. Sound quality would have been more prominent and effective if it had greater space. However, sound quality is not that bad. One can also be enjoyed watching 3D movies down here, but expectations shouldn't be kept high.
One can enjoy to the fullest.

There is a dearth of good movie halls in Durgapur. And Bioscope competes with Arti cinemas for being the worst hall. The seats are too bad, the ambience Terrible and there's a damp smell inside, always.
And for people who have gone to better movie theatres it's definitely a big disappointment.

I saw the movie Satyagraha of Amitabh Bachchan;picture & sound quality is average but recently don't know if any improvement is there

It is totally not good in any purpose.
Seat are not perfect.
Saaf attitude is not supportive and rude nature.
No cleaning staff is there in the Hall and cleanese is zero.
The review is very bad and experience is not at good.
Like to choice another Hall.

I watched Thor ragnarok recently, Pointers are below: -
1) Security is very poor as I saw some people with their bags inside the hall eating peanuts and whatnot.

2) The 3D glasses provided, weren't sealed and were full of scratches and dirt, also no provision of wipers whatsoever.

3) The movie has a bright background as was mostly day scenes, but the screen appears to be so dark that you might have to be really focused or you will miss crucial scenes. *Don't even think of watching Justice league or horror movies or movies which have dark shot scenes*

All in all very dissatisfying experience.

They are exploiting the customers. Charging ₹50 for 1 litre of Kinley water instead of ₹20.
Screen and sounds are normal.

You don't get experience of a movie theater. The screen looks like 3gp screenand the sound system is also not good.
