Earlier while going on business tour, had so many times had food out here and enjoyed it. But now the quality and atmosphere of the dhaba has detouriate badly.
On highway this place is good to have food that can be ordered as per spice taste. The atmosphere is not that hygenic but dinning area may be improved by the owner. You may also stay but the price is high.
Food is good and prepared fresh, though they lack in service and the hygeine. Service is too slow and if you are hungry enough, you will have to wait for a long time for the food to be served on the table. Dal makhani is great. Mushroom chilly was lip smacking
I fell in love with the food. We were heading towards rajabhatkhawa on 16th of April and on our way we choose this dhaba over others. I would love to describe a little bit more as this place deserve my praise. We ordered for Lassi at first. As soon as we tasted it we got back what we lost being in the scorching heat. What a relief! It was all because of the Lassi. Then the main course came when we had butter tandoori roots, planner makhano, yello dal, Bengali aloo bhaja, chicken. I must say all the dishes reminded me of my trip from Delhi to kullu Manali as the dabas over there do.
Punjabi Dhaba is located near Birpara. I went their for the first time and enjoyed the food thoroughly. Seating arrangement is spacious and ambience is very peacecul. Taste wise also the restaurant deserves a visit. Order delivery is fast. We got our ordered food in 10 minutes. Veg Rice plate comes @ ₹80. Overall the menu price is mid of high and low. Generally two people can have their stomach full food in Rs. 500/- You can see the rice plate photo which I have in my lunch. Mr Gaganjit who owns the restaurant is super cool. He had a great personality and runs the management efficiently. In the first photo itself you can see Mr Gaganjit (in white kurta pajama). Great place to spend good time with your family with some quality food.
One of the very few restaurants in birpara, nice restaurant just outside of birpara. Food is moderate in taste, price is little bit on higher side. Privacy is maintained when visit, waiter was polite. Washroom is not upto the mark- they need to take care of it.
I want to add some points in details. Food Quality: Undoubtedly the food quality is good, i, e.the taste is good. Price: Price is very high for each item. Cleanness: Honestly they should take some serious step to clean the interior. This is much needed. I can't give 5 stars because of that. Behavior: Behavior of the staffs are very polite.
Good food. We ordered 3 tandoori and they served 2 initially so that no food gets wasted. And 2 rotis were enough for us. We liked this concious effort of the restaurant to reduce food waste.
Bad experience firstly I ordered chilli chicken boneless they said available later said not available and they brought the food after an hour till then we all were quiet hungry.
It is a small dhaba not as big as we imagine road side dhabhas to be cozy sitting arrangements comparatively clean food quality is ok served hot promptly
