Punjabi Hotel

Very nice veg hotel. I am visiting many times.food quality is very good but ambiance is not good.

I eat for not killing, nutrition, and taste. In that order. I do not eat for decor or status. Punjabi Hotel satisfied my needs. I will return while staying closeby.

Hours: closes at 15: 30 so man at til told me - so poor, although like Chinese Buddhist-run eateries in Singapore it helps to prevent me eating after sunset. However, since I ate after 3: 30 I think he must have misunderstood. I do not speak Bengali

Food quality are good. I will suggest not to eat fish items at there.eat chicken.chicken has unique taste.staff service are also good.one can visit their.but must remember prices are expensive

I love how the quality of the food is really good compared to any non veg pice hotel, This is a Veg pice hotel and trust me the food is wholesome, the prices are very moderate and the quality and quantity both are awesome. Very busy place, but quality never dropped

It is a good Punjabi hotel. Different kind of dishes available here. Food quality is very good. All dishes I tried are very tasty. Price is reasonable. Service is excellent. Ambience is good but very congested due to lots of customers. They accept both cash and UPI.

Only place to dine out for the strictly vegetarian, in Baghbazar. Clean and good place for lunch and dinner, may be a little expensive.

You can understand my experience about their food quality by my rating. Not only the food is too oily, the taste was not good. If you want to eat a plateful of red oil with some uncooked vegetable, you are welcome.

It's an authentic veg restaurant cum hotel in North Kolkata, near Bagbazar. Dishes are delicious and affordable.

I went there by seeing the good review. But, my experience was too bad. As it was a Punjabi hotel, I ordered for Kadhai Panner and Tandoori Roti (It is a vegetarian restaurant). The person, a middle aged frustrated man took order and served chilled Kadhai Paneer, and Rubber like cool Roti. Paneer had a very bad taste and Roti was not breakable. I paid around 164 Rs for 2 Roti and Paneer.
But, I saw all the tables full and there were many people for take out. In surprise, when I watched carefully, I observed, all were eating Tawa Roti and Kaali Daal. And, Veg roll seemed good there.
I thought to buy the veg roll but was afraid for another experiment.
Please do not mind my rating. My choice of food was bad not the hotel. And the serving person was in bad mood.
