We went to see Rocky aur Rani ki Prem kahani whose ticket price is 240 as shown online.bt at the ticket counter they force to take the food voucher total worth 340.no other options available.very disappointing.

New generation movie place with good sound quality and atmosphere with lots of food options

Worst experience in last several years- the cinema hall is managed by a grossly inexperienced group who lack training and basic responsibility of informing customers about the processes. Food was purchased online- and even after enquiring 3 times through different workers on the floor and getting the assurance that the food will be delivered to designated seat- the food never arrived even after 1 hr.

Upon enquiring, the floor manager, very irritatingly, started explaining the process to show the barcode at the counter etc (even after booking through online and paying the money online) - The pathetic surprises never stop! Even after being compelled to follow the process that they suggested (show the. The bar code after 1 hr of the movie) - only half of the food arrived after 15 mins and the server had no clue on why this is, forcing me to go again and chase the ‘manager’ who is expert in rather mismanaging everything.

Surprisingly, even after ruining the movie experience completely, there has not been any proper apology- while a man (can’t say gentleman) suddenly appearing on the floor and introducing himself as the Unit head tried to console me saying that he will get in touch with me etc etc.

Very unfortunate to have such unprofessional setting in the vicinity!

This mall is not as per the expectation.administration is not as good as the other mall in kolkata have

Outstanding video and sound quality. The seats are comfortable as well. But make sure to grab a blanket cause it gets extremely chilled inside the hall

Nice but rate of foods is very high. And they never follow timing. Show should start by 23: 15 but they started at 23: 40.

The standard of PVR cinemas has deteriorated a lot. Before starting the movie there are advertisements shown for around 45 minutes.

Coming to the cafeteria.wow it's just a scam a medium size popcorn bucket costs around 500 INR (almost equivalent to KFC bucket) even if we ignore the price for a moment if we talk about the quality of the product.that is also not even close to the popcorns available in some locale areas during carnivals.

I would not like to visit PVR cinemas any further

It is a good mall, a good place for walking, also a good place for shopping and the food court is also very good.

Inside Avani mall. Very well maintained. Clean place. Awesome experience when you are planning to watch a movie in a। multiplex. One of the best

The only mistake in pvr is they don't show the screen as to where is ones likeness towards choice of seat

Too bad experience because show time was 10: 20 Pm but Show start was 10: 30 pm we are till 10: 30 pm waiting out side of theatre and when I am complaint to the manager then manager make excuse about all this again saying too bad experience on Avani riverside mall pvr theatre

Overall movie experience is excellent however i would like to give it 1 star as a protest against the company. They don't let you carry food inside so that you buy food from them at extremely unreasonable rates

Foods & Drinks are too much costly! Too much means tooo.much! Atleast keep it within the reach of common people so that more and more people can afford them. In this way you will make same profit or even more because of increasing sale figure.

The pvr was nice. The ambiance and lightnings are great. It also have facilities for 3d movies.

Movies and over priced popcorn that's okay but I love them so I guess the reviews are not needed and it will always be biased.

Threaters are very clean, Food is very good and healthy at the same time, A good security. Good sound good picture quality and Clean washrooms And well behaved Employees etc. Loved it

According to the supreme court order, they must allow food/drinks inside, but even with many request for an elderly patient, they didn't allow. This was happened with me in the 2019 May.
Just for the sake of dirty business (to sell cheap quality food and water at high price inside) this unhumanic behaviour is not acceptable.

This is one of the best multiplex cinema Hall in kolkata among other. It is located at "Jagat Banerjee Ghat Rd, Avani Riverside Mall, 1st Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal 711102. They provide comfortable sitting facilities and good sound effects.

We get to sit there after 30 mins of the movie. Some others were already sitting in our sits even though we pre-booked online. They took 30 mins to sort out the problem. Very bad consumer services. Also the popcorn princes are just way high. They are literally robbing people.

The hall faculty is really good.availability of foods are really good and the staffs are really helpful.

Nice place to spent time with friend/family. Comfortable space and seating arrangement inside the audi.
