Pay your hard earned money to watch advertisements for 45mins? Seriously?
Disgusting approach with show timing, else all are good, like seats, atmos sound quality, screen quality, toilet is clean, hence given 4 star

PVR, Diamond Plaza is an excellent Multiplex With 5 Cinemas Under One Roof. It is situated on the 5th floor of the shopping mall 'Diamond Plaza' near Nager Bazar, Dumdum. The Multiplex runs movies of various languages like Bengali, Hindi, English and occasionally Tamil, even. Tickets can either be booked offline, standing on a queue or through ticket booking platforms like BookMyShow and PVR. It has got its own food lounge where in-theatre orders can be placed. No outside food stuff is allowed in here. It has to be deposited before entering the arena. The cinema is very much hygienically maintained and is cleaned at regular intervals.

Don't think ACs are working properly.have to wait outside for long and show starts after 20 mins of the scheduled time. Over priced snacks

Cinema has a lot of advantages if we look at the positive side. It is said to be a reflection of the society only. So, it helps us come face to face with the actuality of what’s happening in our society. It portrays things as they are and helps in opening our eyes to issues we may have well ignored in the past.

Similarly, it helps people socialize better. It connects people and helps break the ice. People often discuss cinema to start a conversation or more. Moreover, it is also very interesting to talk about rather than politics and sports which is often divided.

Above all, it also enhances the imagination powers of people. Cinema is a way of showing the world from the perspective of the director, thus it inspires other people too to broaden their thinking and imagination.

Most importantly, cinema brings to us different cultures of the world. It introduces us to various art forms and helps us in gaining knowledge about how different people lead their lives.

In a way, it brings us closer and makes us more accepting of different art forms and cultures. Cinema also teaches us a thing or two about practical life. Incidents are shown in movies of emergencies like robbery, fire, kidnapping and more help us learn things which we can apply in real life to save ourselves. Thus, it makes us more aware and teaches us to improvise.

The staffs, arrangements, cleanliness was all good but the only reason i gave 4 stars was the food amount. I think it should be lower. Because middle class people cat really afford the price like i only paid 1000 rupees for 1 tub med popcorn and two small coldrinks.

Nice place to enjoy movie. They offer Dolby 7.1 surround audio system. Seats are comfortable and they have recliner seats as well. Food price is bit high compare to the other multiplexes. Washroom is hygienic.

I'm visiting this place since I first came to this city. It is a very awesome experience every time I go there.

It's OK OK type movie. Not that great. Washroom is very smelly and dirty. The only plus point is the location.

Imagine store, MI store and reliance digital for electronics store.

Have a big basement for parking.

The shopping mall is not so big. That's the only shopping mall in North Kolkata. There should be improvement. I don't like the food court. Its small and no good food options. Theatre is good. But seats can be more comfortable.

It was very good. Good AC good hall. Also there's a food court below if you get hungry. Overall a very nice place

A Nice & Decent Shopping Mall! Got good chains and all. The PVR Theatre is good as well. Some stores do have some stocks issue but other than that it's a good mall.

It is a very good place, very spacious, awsome place and there are many kind of shops which helps us to get everything.

What can I say? It's the best mall in this region. Good for relaxing with your pals or your family. Gets a bit crowded sometimes though.

Very good Place for Marketing and spending lesisure time by window shopping, seeing movies. Also you can have snacks at KFC and other stalls.

Movie hall is bwuite big and spacious. And the sound quality is excellent. Recliners are better than the peers. Pvr meets expectations by providing the best facilities one can expect along with a decent customer service and polite staffs. Food quality is good but on the higher side. Even the car parking parking is a bit on the higher side. Pantaloons, big Bazaar, trends, max, and a decent food court give it an edge. Overall experience is good.

A nice place to hang out with family and friends. Big bazar, FBB, Max, Pantaloons, Bata etc will hook you up for hours. Famous restaurants like BarbqNation, Rang de Basanti dhaba are therebto take care of appetite. And there is PVR for entertainment.

First time i was going this place for watching movie really amazing decoration and really so beautiful place

Pathetic Condition of Seats. I visited Screen AUDI 1 and following was observed:
1. Smelly Seats.
2. Dusty Seats with visible. Literally VISIBLE dust sediments on it.
3. Torn Covers.
4. Damp/Wet Texture on the seats.

The PVR Dimond Plaza cinema hall is really beautiful, very well decorated with red and pink nion lights, the staff are friendly they welcome very kindly, tickets prices are affordable, good picture quality and the food quality inside the theater zone is pretty good but bit expensive.

Awesome cinema experience out here. Seats are nice and tickets are not much expensive.
The ticket counters persons are very cunning, the never give you the remaining change and insist you yo buy some chocolate, I have seen about 15 movies out here and none of the time the ticket selling persons has given me change money and they do the same for every customer knowingly. They even don't give you the bill of chocolate or biscuit they sell to you.
The food at the good court is also expensive as vompared to other multiplex all around Kolkata. But watching a movie here is fun.

Good mall with great location. Many resturants and shops are there like Pantaloons, Reliance, Max. Food Court is there as well along with PVR. You can spend lots of quality time there.
